I had a very good experience there I found a 3D DVD that I was looking for I hope to find more 3D DVDs in that store

Changing to 5 stars after a recent visit. The store is back to normal and not messy anymore. Store is ok, prices are good. Just giving 3 stars because the entrance of the store was so messy and dirty that I thought they were doing some kind of renovation.

Always loved this value-priced department store, even when I used to shop at their location in North Miami Beach, FKA MacFrugal's. It's expanded over the years, to include indoor and outdoor furniture, and I'm even a shareowner.

Don't recall ever having an unpleasant experience at this particular location. Management appears to generally maintain a morale of ongoing improvement. The selection of hard-to-find and unique brands are what I appreciate most. It seemed they lost their frozen/refrigerated section after some time and downsized to just assorted refrigerated beverages. It would be nice if they could bring that back as alternative runs to other convenience grocery spots (i.e. Dollar General, Family Dollar, WalMart, Target).

Daquan was a great help! He helped us pick out the perfect new livingroom set.

Went into big lots today and boy can I say I’m amazed by their great service.
Jessica was ever so helpful and showed me how to locate coupons under my membership.

So I’ve gone to the big lots on Hollywood and Miami Gardens .. I love that they have their Dvd and blue ray section I buy a lot of that for my job.. I would just recommend they have more titles or more promos like buy 3 get one free or something like that.. I go once a month and buy 60 blue rays so hoping they replenish fast.

This store is super organized cashier's are very welcoming and ready to assist their manager I believe her name is acelia seems to be a great leader this must be one of your number one stores it's exceptional overall great

Nice place to get housewares and garden items. Only bad thing is have raised there prices. We do not go as much because we find items cheaper at other stores such as DD's
