Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar

My husband and I come here all the time, we have come for our engagement dinner, to meet with family, date night, etc. It’s a lively place with ALWAYS phenomenal food. We have always had great service everytime but our favorite server is Wendy. She was so kind even when my food came out incorrect she made sure she would get it fixed for me. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone here in Kendall looking for consistently great food and amazing service.

We went there for Sunday brunch and the bottomless passion fruit mimosas were delicious. Every plate was flawless. As expected on a Sunday you have to be super patient because it is packed and you will have to wait for your drinks and your food. But the service aside from the waiting is wonderful. I'm sure a weekday will be much better for those who are impatient.

It was a good experience, The Lomo was recommended. between the stake and the shrimp, the shrimp is my choice, I will be back, I was not a big fan of the french fries bath, but not a big deal.

Also, as a Peruvian, I can confirm the lomo saltado was BUENAZO.
Our server Yuni was also very kind and took great care of us!
And Heidy the manager was always keeping an eye on everything! Will definitely come back.

Amazing. I really love this place. Wendy had super good recommendations, and was always around to made are time nice and feel really cared. Go an try the fall menu, the maracuyá cheesecake is a work of art. ✨

Alberto was attentive and super sweet. The food was delicious and the bottomless mimosas for brunch was a highlight. 10/10 recommend !

My party and I tried this restaurant for the first time for Miami Spice brunch and it was DELICIOUS! Our server, Alberto, was great! He was friendly, attentive, and answered all our food/menu questions. It was a lovely experience and we'll definitely be coming back.

Nice restaurant, great atmosphere and friendly to children. the food was delicious, good service from all the staff; something not very good is that they do not sell Coke products; When ordering, make sure that the meat does not have any spicy ingredients, in case it is for a child

We love going to Pisco and Nazca !!! They always have a lot of plates, many dishes of Peruvian cuisine. It is a very consistent restaurant, with the same flavor and same quality !!!

I love the atmosphere in this place. Awesome pisco sour made by Jorge at the bar. I had Chicken salad bacan, Papas a la huancaína, and took some tequeños and chicken empanadas home. Friendly staff. Thanks Jorge!

Had dinner on a busy Valentine’s Day evening. The service was on point, and the food was delicious as always. Our waiter, Alberto, was the best. I highly recommend.

Its a new location in Kendall from this Pisco N group . Sat at the bar and received very friendly and attentive service from Fabio and the rest of the staff . He recommended some options and I started with the Nikkea dish wow . What flavor soy sauce powerful and plenty fresh fish w a crunchy toast so good and love those onions.
Next i ordered a chaufa steak rice w an order of bao buns. The rice has this awesome flavor w oil and soft delicious tenderloin wow plenty huge and awesome delicious. Saved half for my wife and moved to the bao buns w soy sauce shredded beef w onions omg this was so good . Everything was cooked perfectly hot rice cold Nikkea Japanese style and hit fried bao buns w hit shredded beef all looking like pictures on a magazine! Some Oban 14 after my dinner and took all the rest home yumm. Fabio made my experience a good one good recommendations and was always theres !

Amazing, like always. Our server Marco was fantastic and Beatriz, the manager simply extraordinary. A great place to celebrate an occasion or just pop for a drink, the Pisco sours are incredible. If Marco is not available ask for JP, you will be served with care and attention to detail.

Amazing food. Second time here. Service is always spectacular and food is the best. Eliyiah was our server and he was the best. Very nice and helpful with the menu.

Great service. Very quick. Food was amazing especially the Pulpo Plancha. Had the Chupe de Camarón for the first time and did not regret it. Recommended

We visited this amazing restaurant for lunch. J.B. served us today, and he was excellent, friendly, and kind enough to give me alfajores because it was my birthday. Thank you again. Everything was delicious. We had ceviche, arroz con mariscos, empanadas, and arroz con pollo. We tried their ‘pick 2’ menu, which actually offers half portions, and it was more than enough. We even have some leftovers I took home. I’m definitely looking forward to trying more dishes. The atmosphere was also really good.
