Hello, I went to my local store today and they didn't have the milk that my daughter drinks. They told me that a particular BJ'S 20 miles away had 11 cases item # 19668 I called Store #174 in Miami Lakes FL and confirm before driving over there that they had the milk. When I got the over 45 minutes later due to city traffic there is not one case on the shelfs and the system showed 11 cases.
Then a Yong man that stocks the shelfs takes me to see Patricia the personnel manager she was very nice and understanding of my frustration she called around and had someone at another store to physically look and hold a case of milk for me. She also spoke to the G.M MR. Alfred and got me a store gift card. At least it compensates for the fuel and time I spent. She has the attitude and professionalism to be the face of the store. Aldo it was a bad experience driving around town and given incorrect information bazed on a system error she made it better by going above and beyond. I will visit that store again every one is very nice from the people at the door to customer service rep. I think MR. Alfred has the right people.

When I visited the store on 57th ave I had an order to be picked up. The associate that brought the items to my car was extremely friendly and had good energy. The cashier who checked me out after making an in store purchase was the same. I think her name is Yvette or Yvonne

I must say this is the only bjs i go to. I love my butcher Albert!! He is the best and always knows how i like my meet cut. The staff is like family and really organized. Only thing wish they had gas station!!

This is my favorite store here in south florida, you can find a lot of things in this store in good prices. People who work here are very good and kind, they have a lot of cupons too. This store have the best shopping cars in the world. 😁
