Wow wow and more wow ...what a fantastic car hire ..from pick up to drop off... really easy .... Staff are professional and soooo friendly..... I would like to thank everyone from this firm for making My holiday even better with a classy SUV ..... I can recommend Alamo ,if it gave 10 stars I would give them 10

I cannot say enough good things about Alamo. We booked with them last minute at the airport without a reservation and they accommodated us. We had our car within 10 minutes of approaching the counter. I will only be using Alamo from now on! Thank you for making our experience so easy and convenient.

The check-in was fast. No over sale of things you don't need. The service was great. And the stuff at the parking lot was absolutely awesome!

Don't go for the cheap $10-$20 places. The first time I went to Miami to go on a cruise, I spent hours trying to find a reputable place to rent a car. It was really stressful. They could add dozens of types after offering a price of $10/day to rent a car. Then they holding thousands of dollars from your account and they probably won't refund it or it will take a long time for you to get it back. I am lucky to have chosen this Alamo company to rent a car. clean, new car, cheap price. everything is reasonable. I will become your loyal customer forever . After returning the car, you will just need to get on the train and go straight to the airport without any additional fees . Thank you

Great customer service. No line at the airport. Don’t waste your time & money at Budget. Alamo is the way to go! And this is not a paid review. These guys were great. No reservation, picked up a car at a great price at Miami Airport …. And no hassle. Entire transaction in about 15 mins.

This was our first time using Alamo and it sure won’t be our last. We rented out of Miami Airport and luckily we had a reservation, highly recommend a reservation, counter people very pleasant and helpful even though it was very busy. The person helping us get the vehicle in the garage was the friendliest and most helpful, he had us in a new Jeep Wagoner in minutes and even helped us get luggage into the car.. it was so easy also returning the vehicle. Highly recommend Alamo.

Very friendly and fast service. The gentleman at the check in counter was eager and able to ammend our pick up and drop off times due to delays in our flight. The Mustang convertible was clean and a blast to drive down the Keys.

Miami is not a city I equate to good customer service - far from it. Yet, I must say that the staff at Alamo at Miami International Airport were exceptional. I arrived, my pick up was seamless and the counter agent was efficient and courteous. Went to pick up the car, the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff returning the vehicle were equally excellent and within minutes I returned the car and had my receipt in my email. Was a great and unexpected experience when visiting Miami.

I never rented a car before at the airport. It was very easy. I had booked in advance so all I had to do was go to the area of the car I had picked and pick out my car. Keys were in the car and drive it to the check out area. When I returned it it was very quick and easy too. They checked the car for any damage and we were on our way. Would definitely use Alamo again.

I have used the MIA Alamo location 3 times now and received excellent customer service each time. Always a quick process (suggest using “Skip the line”) and the vehicles have been nice and reliable.

My last 4 car rentals have all been with Alamo and they’ve made a loyal customer out of me. I appreciate that they don’t try to pressure you, upsell you on a million things, etc…all the things the other companies love to do. They run a straightforward process and don’t try to scam you at every turn.

Final comment: the lines at some of the lower cost rental car companies at MIA are ridiculously long. A gentleman in line at Budget said he had been waiting for over an hour and a half. It’s not worth it—pick one of more reputable, quality-focused companies.

I consider them the best car rental company based on my experience. I've been using their services for many years without any issues and have always had a smooth experience. However, during my recent visit at MIA, I encountered a problem. The employee responsible for scanning the 'Skip The Counter Ticket' insisted that I give him a $10 tip. I had reserved a full-size SUV and the only options available were a GMC Yukon and a Nissan Armada. I preferred the Yukon, but he made several excuses and suggested he would only give it to me for a tip. I could have called his manager, but I was in a rush and reluctantly paid the tip to leave quickly. I understand that $10 isn't a significant amount, but I want to highlight two issues: A) the employee didn't perform any service that warranted a tip, and B) this behavior was highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on Alamo.

Amazing quick and efficient process from checking in then you’re off to the lot to pick your own car!! That’s the fun part about Alamo!! Cost was reasonable. Will only use Alamo going forward at every destination I go now. They are truly the best

We picked up a car from the Orlando airport to start our trip to Miami. I love the skip the counter service and being able to select our own vehicle from a row of cars. It took about 30 mins from when we got there to when we left. 20 mins of that was waiting in line to leave as there was only 1 person checking out cars and she was a bit slow. Alamo is always a bit more cost than budget /avis but seeing all those people waiting hours in line and us being able to just drive away quickly makes the price difference worth it.

I had very good experience with Alamo. Car was in a very good condition, great on gas, pleasant to drive. Check in and check out easy and fast. No hidden fees. The road toll charge + service charge was $6.27 for 11 days of constant driving. There are plenty of people in Alamo, who are ready to help you, and are very helpful. I would rent car from Alamo in Miami airport again.

Best price if you reserve online. Pick up the car as early as you can and save. Easy in easy out. car was clean and no issues, the desk personal wasn great but no mayor issues coul be just the kind of people that is willing to work at nigh so I am greatful for that.

The agent was incredibly nice and helpful. Not too long of a wait. I never can get the kiosks to work though. Several were out of order this time. The ones working would not respond to my driver's license. Sometimes they can't handle it because I have a hyphenated last name.

The reservation process was easy, the skip-the-counter pick-up was seamless, and the return process was simple. Darius, the gentleman who met us during the drop-off, was a pleasure to work with and was extremely professional and respectful. The young lady at the counter was helpful in making a payment change. I will use Alamo again.

Have really never been a fan of Alamo and have always had bad experiences at other airports (could be me as well coming off of long flights as I’m not necessarily happy go lucky). Special shout out to Shayla at this location for helping us out and being very understanding and professional. Hopefully other locations have as attentive employees.

Rented a car for 10 days from here. The price I expected was the price I paid and they didn't try to sell extras, which was appreciated! Car was nearly brand new. And when we returned, Darius, helped us with our bags and even helped me with luggage cart rental. Would highly recommend these guys!

I can honestly say that working with Alamo has been a very pleasant experience. We have used them twice now and have had no problems. We used a different provider before that made us wait over 2 hours to get a car and we had booked the reservation months ahead, we weren’t the only one waiting either. So yes we will stick with Alamo for our car rentals
