Great one of a kind neighborhood hardware store that has survived the big box stores. Feel like family... great people, great service.

We went in looking for a washer. We knew what we wanted and compared prices w/ big stores in the area. McNeals had the same option it was a few bucks more. However they offered free removal of our current washer and we were able to get it delivered almost immediately. The delivery guy hooked our new one up and showed me all the options n features. We'll definitely shop local before going to big box guys! Thanks Rachel for all your help!

You just don't find a good Mom and Pop hardware store anymore and this is a damn good one. Right here in downtown Carrollton Kentucky

McNeal’s saved us this weekend. We are camping and needed a new water pressure regulator because ours came apart when we hooked it up. Luckily they have added an entire camper supply section and we were in and out in no time! Just a few blocks from the local campground!

Great hometown hardware store with great staff. New manager is bringing everything up to date. Couldn't give 6 stars or I would!

Staff were very kind -- always greeted with a smile -- and went through great lengths to be helpful in making some difficult keys. Would highly recommend them for that excellent, small-town customer service! Every time I was there for various keys, I was told that if it doesn't work, bring it back, which was very reassuring. Much appreciate the assistance!

Great service. They were able to order both washer and dryer that I wanted. They were also able to deliver both units the day they came in. I highly recommend shopping here.

They always have what I need, super friendly staff. We've bought furniture, stove, microwave, ect over the years,. Our stove burned out on the day before Thanksgiving, wife went in, bought a new Whirlpool stove, 2 hours later, they picked up the old one and hooked up the new one. We had Thanksgiving dinner. Cricket and the others is always ready to help!!

This is a store that will go the extra mile for you. Customer service is amazing and the employees are right there for you with any questions you have. I'm so loving that we SHOP SMALL and they are compliant with the Covid-19 CDC guidelines and social distance. Brad McNeal is awesome

This was my first visit to this hardware store and I was amazed they were the only place that had what I needed-and surprisingly affordable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff eager to help as well.

I love this place. I never have to look for anything. Im lucky to get ten feet in the door before someone working there says "good morning what can I help you with today?" then they walk me rite to the area and find it for me. They treat you like you're their best friend. I've been here many times and its always been like that in my experience with Mcneal's.

They can match paint to perfection! Two squirts of this and a squirt of that; amazing! Free paint sticks and free can openers! Wait til I get home; I feel like freaking Rembrandt! lol Down home service and quality stuff! McNeal's is the bee's knees; the ant's pants. Where else would a local person get major appliances?

Staff was friendly as usual and helped me find what I needed for a minor roof repair. I'm glad to support a local, family owned business. I would recommend it.

Purchased two appliances from them because they're local. I was there when looking for furniture. They deliver, wheel chair accessibility, help desk, furniture store is on the second level, give them a call to see if there's handicapped accessibility to the second floor. I purchased an Amana range and dishwasher from them.

We've recently purchased new kitchen cabnets, and a washer. The service is amazing! I recommend them over any big stores any day.

We are fortunate to have this store in our small town. The owners are great people!
