I was admitted here for psychiatric evaluation. When the nurse drew my blood to double check for illegal substances, it barely hurt at all. I was processed and interviewed very quickly, and the staff was very caring, polite, understanding, compassionate, and professional. Since the hospital did not have any available beds, I was transported to Blue Ridge Vista.

Loved our experience while my mother was in the ICU care. Nurse Ashley was an absolute angel. See cared for my mother like she was her own. In the end when my mom was being moved to Hospice, Nurse Ashley gave me a hug and assured me it will get easier. You don't see that in most hospitals anymore. Hopefully Nurse Ashley in the ICU has a blessed day and continues changing the views of hospital patient care. Thank you for taking good care of my mother.

I had outpatient surgery today removing a nodule and the right side of my thyroid. I was so impressed with all of the staff who helped me today. All were professional, thorough and polite. So 5 stars to the surgeons, anesthesiologist, administrative staff and the very nice lady who wheeled me out to the car. Thank you all so much!

I don’t understand the reviews for this hospital that are negative. I took my son to Clark regional ER for second-degree burns when he got too close to a bonfire and they literally did nothing for him and transferred him to the Cincinnati burn unit in their hospital. And the staff in the burn unit was amazing! They did everything they could For my son and went above and beyond. And then when it was time to take him home, they did a mini session to teach me how to take care of him properly and they sent us home with all the supplies that we would need for the next week or two to take care of his burns, and gave me a sheet of paper that had every number on it that I would need if I had any more questions or if anything happened that I need to contact them. I can’t speak for the rest of the hospital but as far as the burn unit goes, I cannot Give them enough praise for what they did for my son!

I had surgery yesterday and everyone I came into contact was professional and kind. The care in the PACU was top knotch. The surgeons and OR team treated me like family. I found the patient room I stayed in overnight to be clean and comfortable. Food was good and there was a variety of options. My only concern was with pain control and the options available to me once on the patient floor. I understand protocol's but wished I had other options. While I consider the West Chester campus to be my primary care center, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Clifton campus if my procedure required it to be done there.

My daughter needed medications due to a gap between her old provider and a new one. The waiting room and restroom was clean, the staff was pleasant, the nurse was informative, and we saw a doctor within an hour of arriving. My daughter got what she needed and we were on our way.

How can you love a hospital. My wife had an accident and spent two weeks recovering at UC Hospital. The nursing staff in 3 Ridgeway off Burnet were outstanding. The ER staff at UC Hospital were equally outstanding. The situation positively sucked. The food was not the best according to my wife. But I watched how her nurses and attendants cared for her over two weeks. At least she was an easy patient.

The whole Nuerology ICU staff were simply amazing. They were so supportive of all my friends (many which were high schoolers there to support my kids) and family. My husband was treated with all the respect in the world the whole 3 days we were there. I want to give a special thank you to Shaunna Noel, RN and Yousef Raslan, DO who were right by my and my childrens side through the loss of my husband.

I was injured, came in and a woman in the ER named Tara took excellent care of me. She comforted me stitched me up and was extremely professional. Hope I don't have a reason to come back, but I know I'll be in good care if I do.

Very poor attitudes. It appears that a number of the staff are not happy with their job. Heaven forbid that you ask some of them sitting on their rearends a question. So far not a great experience.
Once my daughter was transfered to MICU on the 7th floor the level of care and concern rose to an incredible level. Her nurses, Sahara, Chris, Julie, and Justin treated her like their own family.
Thank You!
Her doctors were outstanding.
Once out of the ER the care was beyond what we could have imagined. Thank You doesnt seem to be enough.

My husband's corrective back surgery wasn't an easy operation, but U.C. and the doctors were brilliant. Very friendly staff that will answer every concern you may have. I'd give them six stars if it were an option.

The utmost respect and care given to my husband from the time we checked in for his surgery to present. Normal hospital waiting and some unexpected changes for time of surgery but we have heard that it was bacause the patient before my husband was running behind schedule.

I have been going to UC since 2014 have nothing but great things to say. Recently I went and they were able to save my foot! The surgeon said that any other hospital and I probably would have lost it. They just don't know how grateful I am that they were able to save it. So very GRATEFUL

April 13th 2018 was a frightening day for me. I ended up having surgery and have had several months of recuperation. But I am deeply grateful for the care I received at UC. Without their dedication and care I may not be here today or could have had my leg amputated. Every day I thank God for their care!

I had heard bad things about uc hospital and was blown away by how wrong that was. My husband was in a wreck and the nurses were amazing. One brought him gown like pants to make him more comfortable. This experience has totally changed how I view uc hospital.

My husband was at UC Medical Center Cincinnati, Ohio for 9 days, the nurses and Doctors in the SICU and the CCU were fantastic! They were ALL attentive and on top of situations that presented themselves, they called me at home and on my cell to keep me informed as we live 2 hours away from the hospital! We would return to this Medical Center if we ever need to go again! Thank you all so much!
