Clifton Market

I love supporting a local grocery store. Their selection is great and the staff is kind. I especially love their Kombutcha selection.

I am SO happy to have this grocery store in walking distance from my apartment. I am happy to report that the prices are average! I was worried I would be spending more than I would at a chain, but the prices are pretty much the same. I would much rather support a small grocer over a conglomerate like Walmart or kroger. I'm excited to make this my regular grocery store!

Also the baked goods look AMAZING

One of the few stores in my area that sell this awesome refreshing beverage. I'm glad to see it a available. Thank you for your supply. Now my thirst stays murdered locally.

They have really good chicken. It's lean, not fatty, and priced just right. It's fresh. This is the best chicken ever. It's wrapped in clear plastic. I pay between 7-9 dollars for the whole fresh chicken. I like the coffee and pastries counter as well.

Clifton Market goes out of its way to make your experience pleasant and calming. It's easy to bring your children and relax as you shop knowing that going to have the best experience in grocery shopping.

Clifton Market is a great neighborhood market. The meat selection is local and very well priced. I love the marinades they use on their meats.

Just a great, decent sized local market that offers pretty much whatever you need in a pinch. It also beats dealing with Kroger! Awesome beer selection with an insane amount of craft and local options. Bagels are pretty good, which says a lot coming from this "annoying New Yorker"! ;) Produce selection is fresh and they have a few things you won't find at the chain groceries. Haven't had the meats yet but they look very good and fresh. Deli offers Boar's Head, which says everything I need to know about their deli despite not having anything from it. If you're local, this should be your new grocery store!

Great place Very helpful and friendly staff. And the customers are nice too. I really like the roasted chicken, moist and well cooked. The staff works hard to keep the food store well stock, a real feat during this virus outbreak (3/19/2020) . Thanks Clifton Market, you deserve more than 5 stars

Great store. They have everything I need. It's not hectic in their like the Kroger, and the staff actually wants to help you. Love this place. Kathy is the best. She's so sweet and always a pleasure.

A GREAT store with a VERY wide variety of grocery items and great coffee and beer. Wish the produce were more fresh. The bakery counter and deli round out an amazing store.

One of the greatest new additions to the Clifton Business District. They have one of the finest bakery selections in town. I love going there to get fresh, veggie sushi rolls made on the spot. And their deli selection is amazing! They will allow you to taste almost anything before you buy it.

Formerly a co-op, and before then a family owned IGA, Clifton market is again the neighborhood green grocery supermarket that the neighborhood needs and deserves. The prices are a little bit high, but nicer than any Kroger in the city, and you're supporting the local community, and it's an IGA so it's an independent grocer. So yeah I'm going to pay 50 cents more for my tomatoes here.

My main complaint would be that some of the organic produce isn't as fresh looking as it could be. But I still buy it. Maybe if more people would come here and buy the produce instead of going to the filthy Clifton Kroger which has horrible service compared to Clifton market, maybe then they could rotate their produce a little bit more. Hell is other people, as Sarte once observed.

Also, the international food is heavily Indo-Pakistani South Asian, but that's probably because of the clientele. Still international groceries from more diverse areas would be good.

There's also a dry cleaning service Booth here that'scriminally underused, so if you need your dry cleaning done why not just come here to Clifton market?

This has become my go to grocery store recently. I really appreciate the efforts of staff and owners on the hygiene. Particularly in pandemic times, this has become my favorite store. I get all groceries that I need and prices are reasonable. On top of this, there are gloves and hygiene considerations for each shopper when you enter the store. Being a resident of this neighborhood, I am happy to see this progress in our local store. Way to go!!!

Great place to shop. Always clean! Some of the prices are expensive. Medium Sized store. Exceptionally good bulk prices and weight. Almost every time I go there somebody tries to get away with stealing something and it just doesn't work for them.
Great for an evening stroll to buy a snack or groceries in the convenience of the area. Great Deli and fresh meat and veggies. Nice Area!

I try to support this little market as often as possible. I appreciate the effort they are making. They have a very nice produce section, and I love the dried bulk goods.
It does seem like there is a lot of underutilized space. It's also kind of random. Could use some theme

Great little grocery store that is in an amazing location. They can be pricey compared to Kroger but the experience is just always so much better. Never too crowded, no lines and really great produce. Lots of the dairy alternatives as well. I stop in here constantly and always enjoyable.

I go here at least 3 or 4 times a week. Most of the cashiers know me and will ask how I've been and have real rapport with me, which is a wonderful feeling. Huge store that has everything I need. The only products that are more expensive than I would like are the vegetarian mock meats, so I do buy those at Kroger. Milk, bread, produce and dry goods I get exclusively from here!

Very nice wide selection for a small community market, they had gluten free choices for my friend. Prices a little more than other places but that's to be expected. It's no longer a co-op. But locally owned.
