Kroger

This review is strictly for the Deli. I grabbed food on my lunch break today and the gentleman that gathered my meal was so nice and professional! Also, the food was freshly prepared, the right temperature, and appetizing. It is a challenge to come across great customer service nowadays so I had to take the time to give the Deli their props!! Thank you!

Kroger in Corryville is a great place great place to shop, great place to get coffee and a great place to hang.

I usually shop at Kroger every few days for my grocery needs. The hours are convenient although I wish they would stay open later or even 24 hours like some of their other branches.

Beside that, Kroger is a great Corporation that helps with community activities and it helps to build the area in Cincinnati and various communities around the nation.

Newest and best Kroger in Cincinnati. There are many features unique to this Kroger, such as a bistro area with Japanese, Indian, Mexican, pizza and other prepared food. Upstairs there is a full-service bar. Starbucks is also located inside the building.

The grocery store itself also has unique features, like a peanut/almond butter grinder (I would prefer they had a coffee bean grinder 😖), online ordering kiosks, growler taps, large craft beer/wine section, a department devoted exclusively to cheese, an olive and salad bar, lots of local produce, gourmet bread and bagels, and the list goes on.

This is definitely the best Kroger to go to if you live close. The pharmacy section is also decent, and it's cheaper than the neighboring Walgreens & CVS. As this is a smaller urban store it obviously doesn't match the large selection of the giant stores (Florence Mall, etc) but it has a pretty good selection of stuff.

I've shopped at this location for over 20 years, since it was the old building. I loved it then, and I love it now. Plus it has a liquor store inside that is VERY reasonable. I have nostalgia here. But it is a great, clean, place to get a little bit of anything you might want or need.

Its very busy during peek hours like lunch and dinner times but they keep their shelves stocked 85% of the time. Never had a bad experience with staff or other customers.

Do most of my cooking at home, and Kroger is who I trust for my supplies.

Great pharmacy experience today - needed assistance with an issue regarding scheduling a vaccine for my elderly Mother and I could not have asked for more pleasant responders. Customer service goes a long way with me and I have found them super to work with. The store itself is also beautiful and unique, one the area deserves to be proud of.

I love shopping at the Coryville Kroger some employees are very nice some not so nice at all.The best employees to me are Ms.Sandra Ms.Nancy.Ms.Jaleza And Ms.Celeste Great place to shop.The main problem with this store is there checkout lanes they need to open more up in the morning hours

Good store, but constantly busy and very understaffed. The location is perfect though!

Items I came for were out. Some items were higher than other Krogers. Some of your handicap scooters weren't even plugged in and five weren't working signs were on them
I managed to find one outside in the pouring rain with a large puddle of water in the seat. I can not walk at this time. I don't go out often but it would be great if these handicap scooters were more available and working properly. The store is beautiful inside with many extras like the variety of food to purchase readily available to enjoy that is made right there.

Not sure of her name, but the nicest lady ever helped me in the floral department! Tomorrow is Valentines Day, so I know she's dealt with a ton of people already today. But she was so patient and kind! Her smile & tone of voice were warm and friendly. If she's not a manager already, she certainly is management material! Way to go, Kroger! I am one satisfied customer!

Great location! It's in a convenient part of town for us and there or over twenty self-check-outs. Plus, this place is super kid friendly, which makes things much easier with my one year old. In the produce section they have a stand for kids - each child is allowed one free piece. They usually offer bananas and or oranges. One day, my little boy was even given a free balloon - a woman simply walked over and offered it to him! This balloon provided great entertainment for him while I was able to get some shopping done!

This Kroger truly challenges what it means to be a grocery store. Outstanding customer service, spam dandy food selection, and a rustic atmosphere collaborate to create a truly life changing experience with every visit. Only complaint is they always give me a hard time when I try and open a checking account with them.

I stop here everyday to get lunch for work and daily things needed for dinner. They are always well stocked even for those hard to find groceries. Workers are friendly and extremely helpful. The main one is there manager Phil. Extremely wonderful person. If you need anything or have any questions problems etc I would ask him.

I shop this Kroger's all of the time but need to get handicap riding carts they do get new ones in but they let the customers drive off with them and sell them..They need to invest in the riding carts that have gps and cut off at a certain point in the parking lot..Or have someone watch totally for carts..But the employees are nice and helpful and friendly..Love this Kroger's.

THE NEW PLACE IS HUGE!!! Parking could be better. IT WAS PACKED WITH PEOPLE SHOPPING. They have two self pay stations because of the amount of people there. The Deli is awesome and surprisingly cheap. I will be eating there alot.

It is bigger. In here, there is a better selection of products, more room, and has great customer service. It is also in an highly populated area. And the riding carts are always available for the elderly.
