I usually have an ok experience. Today the cashier gave her phone more attention than myself. I asked when would a product restock. She just said I don’t know. Never asked if I needed anything else. I handed her the money in her hand and she placed my money on the counter. Never spoke or said anything to me just walked off on the phone. I only go here to by one product because I can’t find it anywhere else but I will be looking for another place to purchase

Terrible terrible terrible customer service I came in and Debbie the manager was there helping a client which took so much time after a while I told her I was ready to check out I said could you check me out and I can leave she said no. So I just waited after a little bit she came to me saying if you’re upset just leave I said I am sorry !? I said I cannot believe you are talking to me like this she was unbelievably rude.. she said You were incredibly demanding on the phone “ for asking her if a shampoo was on sale”
I then told her I will write a review and then she said I will then check out your license.. I didn’t understand honestly what she meant but she just wanted to threaten..
I will not go there again ever or buy anything for my studio from this store.. the manager SUCK !!!
