Ramada by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

I was actually very impressed with this location. Don't waste your money on the overpriced hotels downtown. The pool and gym are top-notch. The rooms are very modern and clean. And the staff is amazing.. will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Kimberly's hospitality services, and I must say, it was a delight from start to finish. Good afternoon to the motel employee's. Motel quilty is really good holiday is coming hopefully they have availability this a really good motel.

Pleasant stay breakfast could be better and it would have been nice to have more than 3 channels on TV so don't plan on watching anything good. Other than that room was clean staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The pool area is very clean and looks very nice. Rooms are big with nice comfy beds and pillows. Housekeeping came every morning and did a great job. Only downfall was the ice machine on our floor was broken. They do have a great breakfast in the morning. Great accommodations with an amazing price.

Clean comfortable at a great price. Property is older and a few things around could use some TLC such as pool yard furniture. Bed was comfortable. Room quiet. Everything was extremely clean. Area and property always felt safe and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Very convenient location to anything in the area. Recommend pool view room. Other side overlooks street.

The room is beautiful, there could have been a few more towels but overall I enjoyed my experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed a few laughs before checking in. I will most definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was very clean. In addition, Scott Cotton was awesome! He is very friendly and conversed very well. I've forgotten my laundry detergent, and he was able to give me some along with some drying sheets.
To conclude, this is my home away from mines. Thank you Scott, for making our stay very pleasant and rewarding.

Clean and comfortable, no cockroaches, and friendly staff. Keep in mind, I'm not comparing this hotel to a 4 Diamond establishment - it got the job done and done well, but it wasn't elegant or fancy. But for what I expected from a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The very friendly/accommodating staff was the best part.

I saw some not so pleasant views about this place. Its a old hotel and I'm pretty sure their time will come to be remodeled. I do know the workers there are amazing and very understanding. Especially dealing with my 2 boys🙄🤦🏽‍♀ so let up on these people thats just doing their jobs

The service here was top notch. Keria at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. Not far from the airport or the cruise port and a free shuttle to/from each. The swimming pool and lanai area was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again as well as sending our cruise clients.

There under construction but still nice. I really appreciate the front desk clerk on Friday i made a third-party reservation and the other place made a big mistake she help me and my family fix what could be fix and I hope that's what better accommodations if it wasn't for her we wouldn't even stayed at that hotel she made us feel comfortable welcome and understood what we were going to I appreciate all the help that you did also I see you need a raise cuz you went above and beyond it's a requirement to help us. And I will be back to put her name now cuz she deserve it because of her me and my family will be coming back to this hotel I had three reservations for three separate rooms and three accommodated all of them but understanding and compassion great customer service skills I forgot her name I would like to say thank you to the front desk clerk she was great

Do not listen to the bad reviews from cranky customers. I had a pleasant stay, the hotel was clean and I did not see a single cockroach. I had a 6th floor room and it was clean, smelled nice, and was quiet. Parking was just right and there were a few open spaces (I admit, not right next to the entrance) even when we arrive at 1:30am. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Hotel is easy to find with excellent access to I-95 ad arterials. 10 minutes or less to downtown WPB. The only warning is that you lock your doors and do not leave valuables in the room. We had a violin stolen from our car or room during our stay.

The room was clean and the staff made every effort make our stay satisfactory. The airport shuttle was a great plus. Will definitely stay here next time we take the cruise ship or fly into West Palm. Thank you!

We stayed for one night. Our room was very clean, front desk was very polite and wr enjoyed how close we were to everything. It was really easy to hop on and off the highway and find places to eat. Definitely would stay here again.

Best customer service on the planet. Best night manager anywhere. Does the hotel need some upgrades? Yes. The beds are immaculate and comfortable. The people are warm and welcoming. Hope they upgrade soon.

I was really worried looking at the reviews. As soon as we got there, what a relief. Nothing in the bad reviews were found to be true. Staff was very complimentary and attentive. There was the exception of one but she’s not worth mentioning. Very clean, close to local shops, food, spas etc. I was impressed.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel,it was very nice and clean it has everything you need to spend a good night sleep, the staff good very nice ,bathroom was very good and clean,had microwave , coffee maker,fat screen TV, king size bed and refrigerator. I'm very happy to select the Ramada Hotel

Drove up from Miami to attend the Palm Beach Improv, so we only did 1 night. Very comfortable room, clean bathroom, came with a frig and microwave. No complaints from me. It's 10 mins away from the Improv, on a strip full of restaurants, and 3 mins from I-95. Best and most convenient choice for us. Will be my go to hotel whenever I come to West Palm Beach.
