Suds Club Laundromat + Wash, Dry & Fold

Today, I had a positive encounter at the local laundromat. The kind-hearted woman in charge went out of her way to assist me when she realized my dryer was set on low heat. Instead of ignoring the issue, she took the time to guide me, preventing any inconvenience. If she hadn't intervened, I might have been forced to spend additional money just to ensure my comforters were properly dried. The overall atmosphere was inviting, and I was treated with utmost respect, as is expected for everyone. I am thrilled to have discovered this fantastic place where I can conveniently wash my comforters..

Wasn't packed Saturday morning and didn't have to wait to use machines. Pretty clean and only challenge was paying with card. Sometimes the readers got declined on certain cards even with plenty of credit.

I live in Wellington and unfortunately our washing machine broke down and have been without our machine for four weeks because of back order parts, I don’t recall ever having to go to a laundromat, I did once take some loads to a place real close to me and they charged me for wash, dry and fold $2.50lb. ended up costing a lot, so on Google I found this place, read reviews and also read some of the customers issues, I also noticed on there website that they charge to wash, dry and fold was $1.25lb if you decide to use there service which I wish I found this place before. The evening before I were to go I ended up stopping by to see the place, lots of machines, very clean and I spoke to the women working there and asked many questions so I had a game plan early the following morning, I arrived and brought my bags of clothes in, I asked the women working there questions and she walked me through the process on how to operate machines which ended up being very easy to operate, I ended up using a credit card for the washers, I also asked the women working there for her suggestion on how many quarters I should use for each dryer and what temp setting she suggested, I can say machines worked great, washed and dryed very well, my experience was amazing, if you have questions then just ask just like I did, she was very nice and helpful, as I was getting ready to fold on the back table I noticed a gentleman walk in with a dog bed and stopped at front desk, I knew the women working there was in the back, eventually the gentleman came in back and was talking to the women and then I realized he was probably the owner, I eventually asked him and he said he was, he stopped in to replenish the vending machines in back along with other things, we chatted, great guy! he really cares about his stores and customers, there is many options to pay, my opinion prices are very good, if you have questions like I had then ask, I had a great experience and highly recommend doing your laundry here if need.

Also Well Organized, moving back to the Area we have been using it while we wait for our Washer & Dryer to be Delivered. The Staff is Super Friendly and Knowledgeable also very personable to the regulars that frequent the business. I would highly recommend anyone in need Visit this Place for a Great Experience.

Love this laundromat - I bring my clothes here for wash and fold, they charge $1.25 a pound which is fair. It’s clean, customer service is good, and employees are honest. Thank you for the good service.

I do laundry there almost every weekend. The last time i was there, your employee Marie was there, and she helped me with my laundry needs. I used a few of the dryers there, and to my dismay, the ones I used didn't dry my clothes at all. I told her about it, and she helped me find and put my still wet clothes, into dryers that worked and reimbursed me for my money. Not only that, she helped me fold and put up my laundry to help make up time I wasted there. All the while, she was in good spirits and was always smiling. She made my day so much better with her good energy and great customer service. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review! 👍👍👍👍👍

The owner is incredibly helpful. I didn't realize I used the dryer wrong (I tried to add time after I paid, not before) and when I realized they were almost closed. She showed me how to use it and even let me stay after they locked the doors since they were finishing drop-off laundry for pick-up the next day (which is a service I've never seen before at a laundromat). On top of that, it's incredibly cheap but efficient. My complex's washers and dryers are smaller and more expensive to use, dont clean as well, and only accept coins. But Suds let's you use your card, cash, or one of their cards. Incredibly convenient. Plus it's super clean with all working machines. It's a smaller laundromat but never overcrowded. It's a little further away from me than 2 other laundromats, but it's worth the drive.

I love this place!!! I’ve been coming here weekly for a few months, & never have I ever had an issue! I do the drop off service & every time I pick up my clothes are neat, organized, & smell great! Prices are amazing as well & the ladies up front are kind :-)

Best experience ever, the costumer service is amazing. Staff is really helpful at all times, and they are always really polite and it doesn’t matter the time even when they are about to close they are always with a smile.

Amazing staff helped with our laundry while we waited for our new washer and dryer to arrive. Excellent service and the laundry was impeccably clean and folded, and ready for us by the evening!

Just used the wash and fold service for the first time and it was AMAZING! Great price, excellent service! My clothes smell wonderful and were neatly folded. Super nice staff. Highly recommend! I will defiantly use again when my washer is broken :-)

Very happy with the drop off service. I have brought two of my comforters to them and was super happy with the service :) way better then bringing them to a dry cleaner who washed them and charged me double of what these guys want. Also, it is a very clean place! Highly recommend!

My dryer broke down so I had to go to this location to do my laundry and I have to say that my experience was great. The machines look new, the place is clean and it's nice and cool inside. Not bad at all.

We’ve been using Suds Club laundry for the last 5 years for our sleep over Camp of over 140 girls. They’ve been phenomenal, responsible, reliable, communicative and most important- the clothing always comes out sparkling. They go out of their way to use eco-friendly and scent free detergent since they know we deal with all kinds of kids with allergies and sensitivities. We highly recommend them!

This Laundromat does comforters & drop off wash buy the pound. Also plenty of other DIY machines. There are several TVs & great cell reception

Machines were clean and available, even on a Monday morning (horse show people care). Very helpful and friendly staff. English/Spanish
