AT&T Store

Paola was the service woman who helped me and was very nice and helpful. Not only did she help fix and order me a new phone but she also helped resolve a separate issue with my Apple watch that a previous AT&T store had neglected to do. We need more employees these days with great customer service like hers!

Paola and Jessica were absolutely amazing. I walked into AT&T very frustrated that my phone was not working. Paola greeted me and mainly helped me try to fix my phone. In the end I ended upgrading my phone but she did not force the sale she actually tried to fix my old phone. During the whole process her and manager Jessica were a pleasure to talk to. Leaving the store I was very happy. Thank you both very much.

Jessica is very professional and very friendly and helped with the frustration of losing my phone by giving me the offer of having a new phone, delivering mine, an offer that seems excellent to me.

Store was great my add a line was simple everyone helped and transferred my phone from one to the other! Recommend this store and it’s employees. Sometime people are not happy if things they want can’t be done but over all! I am 100% satisfy!

Walking into the store I was very upset about my account but Moses helped me out tremendously. I appreciate everything he did for us going above and beyond with my account. I also have to acknowledge Kayla for being a wonderful coworker and helping with other customers while Moses was helping me. I really thank you both and I hope AT&T appreciate you too.

All the employees here are very informative and sweet they went above and beyond for me and my family even when a customer was being hostile towards them they remain professional and continued giving us the very BEST service

Mio was a great help with helping me upgrade to the I phone 15, she was very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer service

Eric from the Forest Hill location was an absolute delight. He was extremely friendly and made idle conversation while waiting. He was very thorough with every minute detail as to what we could expect throughout the process of ordering a new phone and was sure to reiterate all information so there were no misunderstandings. Overall his customer service and efficiency was pleasantly refreshing; he made the whole visit enjoyable.

I have been in this store in the pass. I wasn't happy.
I was just recently in the Greenacres store 2 days in a row I was very pleased. Pleasant staff, quick service, and very helpful. I was there waiting for my phone to transfer from one to another. I got to see how the staff was with a lot of different problems with people and I have to say it they were doing a great job

I have been to this store a lot of time is my neighborhood store and they have always fixed my issue, I just received my phone and it’s the only store that goes out of their way to transfer everything from one phone to another!!
I recommend this store and all of the employees!

Great store experience. They were able to provide the most personal time and explain everything I need to know. They shaped both my day and my future with now having a dependable store to go to in times of need. My husband and I had a very pleasant store experience! Mío and Alejandra made switching over to AT&T a breeze! They were professional, attentive and super patient with my husbands questions and the whole new phone transfer process, since mine took a bit longer than expected. I will be recommending this specific AT&T location to friends and family!

I came in on Sunday to get two new iPads for my electrical business. We currently have 3 phones and now 4 iPads. Eric took care of me every time I came in and purchased the iPads. I came back Sunday to get two more of the same iPads which I specifically told him. He asked me for the storage capacity, and I told him the lowest due to the fact we only use it to process payments and nothing else. Eric gave me two 256G iPads and they were not the same as the ones I had asked for which were the same one he sold me before. The next day at the office I was talking with my technician and giving them the iPads and realized he had given me the wrong iPads. I came back the next day to return them and at first I was not greeted with customer service rather with frustration. Moses helped me out. Every time I come into this store which is often I see Moses and really like his customer service. He is an exceptional asset to this company. His service is beyond amazing he should run his own store. He takes care of customers so good it’s insane. Truly a pleasure working with him, from now on he will be the one I go to. Mio the manager also took care of me and had the restocking fee waived since it was a mistake Eric made. This would be a 1 star if Moses hadn’t been so exceptional. I am giving him a 5 star ⭐

Employees are great. Very professional. I was told to come into the store for any information on my account due to privacy and protection of my account which I appreciate it.. They are very knowledgeable. Recommend this store 100%

Brandon is the best!! He deserves a raise! He helped me out with a complicated phone issue and was so patient, efficient and effective! He knew exactly what to say and do! I highly recommend going to him and using his services!! Thanks Brandon and give him a promotion !!

Very quick & efficient staff, the manager was over looking each transaction to make sure everything was being done right. If you upgrade or get new phones like I did, they will help you transfer your data from your old phone to the new one. I was told at another location they they couldn’t transfer my data so I left and came here, these guys were more than willing to help & they did it very fast. I was extremely pleased here

Mio my agent was very knowledgeable , kind, courteous and patient with my questions and provided me with a service that I was not aware of, I am always appreciative of good customer service. Great job.

They were so helpful, I am the one to always go to a corporate store for better service, but this AT&T is awesome! They went above an beyond to help my mothers phone numbers get switched over to her new phone. Great Staff and very knowledgeable as well.
