Desiree is a phenomenal salesperson!! She went above and beyond in the customer service department. Helped me pick furniture for my elderly mother making sure the bed I chose was not too high off the floor since my mother is dealing with a recent fall. Desiree is knowledgeable regarding inventory and is a very caring person. The store is also accommodating regarding delivery, too!! Shop at City. You won’t regret it!

I had gone into the store and was looking for a particular item and was approached by a sales associate. I made it clearly known that I was just looking and she was very polite about it. After a while of walking around, she approached me and asked me if I needed any help and at that point I told her the items that I was looking for, and she was very helpful in trying to find them for me. it turned out the items that I wanted were higher priced that I was willing to pay and she was not pushy as a sales person but I ended up picking out a couple of smaller items. All in all very positive experience and I will be back.

We had a pleasurable experience with Camila. We were so happy to get her as our salesperson. She was knowledgeable about each product and location in the store. She answered every question we had. She was not high pressure and we purchased several items. The transaction was done flawlessly and we hope the delivery is as good.

Andre Baird is THE MOST patient, kind & professional salesperson EVER!!! He has spent several hours with me and my 91-year-old mother picking out furniture for my dad‘s new assisted living quarters. I can’t say enough good things!!!
He even set up delivery for tomorrow!!!

As always costumer service was excellent, Donald the salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice, he even called one of the managers and the person promptly approached us. They both made my transaction very easy and short. Me and my family will always choose City Furniture, great prices best quality., besides the excellent costumer service.

It seems the furniture business has a new way to help and it was great. We had a sales person greet us and then provide their services when we asked questions about the product. Justin the sales person was great and knew what couches would be a good fit with my parameters as size was an issue and we found a great couch and bought it and had a great deal in delivery.

Went to city furniture with my wife and kids to purchase a bedroom set for my kids. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the store manager (unfortunately I can't remember her name). She informed us that Shane would be helping with our selection Shane was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. There were times (not many) when my kids were more like wild animals than children, but Shane was very understanding of the matter. Shane helped us get everything we needed at a reasonable price and threw in free pizza and cookies for the family to go along with it. Overall fantastic experience.

Had a great experience working with Robert Conway. Both very knowledgeable, patient as well as didn’t pressure us in any capacity. Happy to continue doing business with him and City Furniture.

CT Taylor in the Palm Beach Gardens store was super nice, efficient and we had my mother's in-stock bedroom and dinette pieces selected and reserved in the blink of an eye. She knows her product lines very well. Thank you CT!

We went into City just to browse and Desirae greeted us at the front, but gave us the freedom to come back to her without following us around.

Once we had browsed she toured us now that we knew what we wanted. She knew exactly where everything was, how everything could be configured, colors available, sales etc.

Overall she was amazing. She carries herself extremely well, confident and elegant yet approachable. We have shopped before at this City but I would refer my family to her and would only come back to her. Thank you, Desirae.

Interior of the place was gorgeous, The process was very fast and Camilla our service agent was super helpful in picking out our furniture. We were pressed for time and she had us on the road Within minutes.. She even assisted us with getting an expedited delivery time.. * note* I only gave 5 stars because we can't give 6...
I Will definitely return for future needs. Even the delivery drivers were mindful of our time courteous, and moved with a purpose.

Working with Robert Falanga was likely one the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping for furniture. He knew his merchandise, knew each product, was friendly and helpful, but never overbearing. He went above and beyond lugging a chair from one end of the store to the other so I could see how it would go with the dining table we’d selected. Whenever I texted with questions, he responded immediately. I never felt pressured. Overall I was so lucky to have Robert help us and we found just what we were looking for.

I worked with Austin at the welli groningen location and he was amazing. On a whim I went to check the pb lakes location selection and Gene assisted me. He was also wonderful. No high pressure tactics. No following me around pestering me or making small talk. Both salesmen allowed me to explore on my own and come to a decision on my purchase without the added stress of being hounded for answers. I made my purchase quickly from Gene's tablet and was on my way with free white glove delivery in 2 days! I am thrilled, not to mention I got a huge sale on my purchase, plus the free delivery. The selection is impressive.

Time for a new mattress....walked in with my wife and 20 month old daughter, greeted by Will (Wilson) immediately. Told him we wanted to see some mattresses, and off we went. LITERALLY less than 1 hour later we were walking out the doors, with our new mattress ordered and to be delivery by Friday (today is Sunday). No pressure tactics, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would buy next piece of furniture at PB Lakes location.

Expensive? Yes. But it is everywhere. I cross referenced AmSig and another competitor. All in the ballpark.

So, if you're going to pay anyway, may as well make the purchase with an easy, fast, positive experience, and with good people. IMO 🤷

This has been my second experience purchasing with City Furniture and I have to say both visits have been superb! Jose was the wonderful salesman that assisted my lovely wife and in finding furnishings for our new home! He gave us such a remarkable experience (on BOTH occasions)! He was very informed and knowledgeable of the different selections that were available to choose from, their styles, designs, and even the locations of the items inside the store (which was the size of 2 football fields haha)! He gave great insight and was very contributive in aiding us find the right furnishings that fit what my wife and I envisioned for our new space! Furthermore, Jose was very diligent in helping us find was we were looking for and was very patient as he took us around the store to view the different styles of furnishings to choose from; He made it his duty to help us find what we envisioned and made sure that we left the store satisfied! Overall, Jose has been absolutely pleasant! We even had our friend tag along on with us on our second visit and now she knows where to come to when she moves down here! Thank you Jose, you ROCK!

I just love my leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner!! Just stopped in today for a mattress. What a pleasant experience. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining my options, ultimately helping me purchase my mattress. Can't wait for it to be delivered in a couple of days!

Big place, lots of options! Second time purchasing furniture from here, the second purchase was quicker than the first, and we bought more furniture items. Seems (technology!!!) they have the ability to offer you what you want immediately upon thought, this helps the transaction process speed up quickly. Each of our sales associates were very courteous and helpful. This is the easiest way to buy furniture for those who value the use of their off time.

There are so many furniture stores to choose from, but City Furniture will always be our place to go! They have an incredible selection, great deals, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. What annoys me the most about visiting furniture stores is the constant hovering from the sales reps but here, they give you your space to look around in peace but they're never too far away for any questions. The wine/coffee bar they have is an added bonus too!

Had to reselect new bar stools as the original ones we purchased, (the upholstery) started to peel Found something compatible but we had to pay an extra $100 per stool. They did wave the delivery fee as requested. Our salesperson was excellent and very helpful.
