I spoke with Barbara at customer service, and she was easy to understand and she gave me options. She was courteous and listened to my concerns. She arranged for the return of an item that had a defective part . I asked for the pick up to be on a certain date, and she made that happen . We are happy with the other purchases we made from Modani.

James Brown rocks this location. He’s easy to deal with and there is no pressure. Way better service than City furniture. City will partially drop ship your order and use you house a living room. Waiting game. Ugh. Make this your first stop. Supper happy!

These guys have been delightful. From Jake and James at the store to the delivery team. Great communications; low pressure but knowledgeable. The delivery was flawless with excellent communication. An all-around outstanding experience.

My husband & I recently visited the West Palm location. Jake Golstein, Design Consultant, was a pleasure to work with while we looked at many pieces of furniture. Jake is extremely patient and has a vast amount of product knowledge. Thanks to Jake we had a fantastic buying experience and chose a beautiful dining table.

Was able to find everything here and get it delivered quickly. Excellent service from all at Modani. In store, James and Diego and another coworker were very helpful. JW Deliveries were professional and cleaned up as they unwrapped and installed furniture. Missing one bar stool, but Gary in customer service, followed up, reviewed and scheduled for a delivery as soon as it is in stock. Thx team!
