Grand Lake Chinese Restaurant

This is a place where you bring your large family and they happily seat you. Some tables have lazy Susan's spinning in the middle! We have been back 4x now and will continue to. Food is fresh and delicious.

Probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had!(and I’m from NYC!) Fresh, delicious, unbelievably amazing food at Grand Lake. We had the crispy shrimp balls which were the most incredible thing ever. Crispy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside, with a creamy dipping sauce. You must order this! Had beef chow fun with black bean sauce… insanely delicious, crispy duck, crispy shrimp with walnuts…. Each dish came out steaming hot, incredible flavors and seriously the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Service was excellent as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Five stars because this is my favorite “Authentic Chinese” cuisine in palm beach county. When we need a Chinese fix for hitting all my spots this is the place I go eat…friendly staff, the food and detailed photo menu is awesome. Pure Slurpiness.

We ordered 9 different dishes which are all so well prepared and freshly made. The chef Seego is very well known in n the Asian community for top level cooking. Beef with rice noodle shows off the mastering of Cantonese cuisine. The roast duck is full of flavor with crispy and juicy skin. The dim sun dishes taste so delicious and fresh. All the staff and the owner Mr. Huang are very accommodating and friendly. What a gem in

Great restaurant; great authentic food; and more importantly wonderful people managing the restaurant. It's very rare to find authentic Chinese restaurants in Florida and I'm so elated that I found one close to my home. I'm a big fan and I highly recommend this restaurant if you're interested in having Dim Sum and great Asian food In general.

The best Chinese restaurant in the area. We come here every year on New Years Day to start the year on a high note with fresh delicious Chinese food. Lots of veggie options for the healthy members of your group! We are from San Francisco so used to the finest Chinese and dim sum. No need to wait for the holidays you can enjoy great Chinese food all year long 😎

Pleasantly surprised by change in management and chef. Food appears to be with higher quality ingredient with smaller portions. The food tastes authentic though a bit on the sweeter side. Was pleasantly surprised by several fresh appearing BBQ duck. There’s also more of a focus on customer service then prior management. We visit the location a Monday night and it was definitely a hit. Will need to come back for dim sum and update review.

We had been searching for a great Chinese food restaurant & we finally found Grand Lake Chinese Restaurant! We loved the food, we ordered egg rolls, pan fried dumplings, fried rice spare ribs and soup. Everything was delicious! Can't wait to go back.

We were a group of 14 and all of the dishes were delicious! The service was excellent friendly and very responsive. Great authentic cuisine. We will definitely be back. Very highly recommend.

Actual authentic Chinese cuisine, not your typical Americanized Chinese food. Real Peking duck served at the table. Incredible lobster Cantonese. Also had real Dim Sum available.

I cannot stress how DELICIOUS the food was! I got the fried tofu with vegetable dinner combo, with plain fried rice. Everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The girl taking the order was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about asking questions about the menu. I ordered four egg rolls and they snuck in an extra egg roll for free! Lovely customer service and delicious food. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Recently moved to the area. Desperately trying to find a good Asian restaurant. Grand Lake was the answer to our prayers. After trying a dozen others that we have no desire to return to. We will definitely be returning to Grand Lake every time we want a Chinese food meal. The service wasn't super attentive. Perhaps because we were the only non Asians in the restaurant? There certainly seemed to be a slight language barrier. It's not cheap. On the slightly higher side. But the food totally overwhelms any other qualms. We are so happy to find this place!

The food is immaculate. The house made lemonade is amazing. Dim-Sum here is always perfect. The Chinese broccoli w/oyster sauce 100/10 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Honestly, if you haven’t tried this restaurant you’re truly missing out.

I was seated quickly the girl and guy were both very helpful and friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. I really enjoyed eating here and will be returning soon.

I have been eating at Grand Lake for over 10yrs. (Although, it’s always been take out or delivery.)

I have not found another Chinese Restaurant in Palm Beach County that tastes like real New York Chinese Food or that doesn’t taste like frozen mall Chinese food. For me, this is the best Chinese Restaurant in the area!

The last one that was this good closed down over 10yrs ago.

Grand Lake has always been happy to customize/prepare my order. They will take out items in the dish or add additional items when asked, and never an issue!

With every place I have ever received food from, Grand Lake also has their bad days.
To be honest, there’s times when an item is missing from my order or the food wasn’t customized/prepared per instructions.
When this happens, it’s not enjoyable, but the owners have always provided a credit for me.
And even a few times, they actually went out of their way (at least 20mins away or more) and personally delivered the missing item or fixed the incorrect item and delivered as well!
Rarely have I received this type of care from a restaurant.

*Although, the food I do receive is always top quality in taste! I love that consistency!

Wow what a delicious Chinese food I had!
I moved to FL about a year and a half ago and I have yet tasted proper food like NewYork, but this place definitely did it! I had fried rice with chicken wings they both were delicious it was take out and my wings got here nice and crunchy not soggy! Only thing I wouldn’t order again is the crab Rangoon they were really bad stale and empty but the rest was a NY vibe! Will def be ordering here again

The food here is amazing. The staff is very friendly. I visit here at least once a week. Great place for business meetings too. The honey garlic chicken is awesome. My wife loves the chicken lettuce wraps. Don’t forget to try the shrimp balls too. Wow!

This place is so delish, we always go and get dim sum there. Usually with a large party. They always accommodate us, and the food is quick fresh.

So many things to choose from, and they are all equally yum.

If your going with kids absolutely get them an order of custard buns and tarts, it's always a big hit.

The good part of dim sum is there is something for everyone, and even the pickiest eaters will find something they love!
