Always the best bank at handling clients, being polite, never have to wait in long lines and being extremely professional. Essentially the antithesis of virtually ever other bank

I used to have an account with Sabadell Bank when I had a home in Mallorca. I closed the account and all was settled, and I moved to the US. I now receive about six phone calls a day from the bank, it seems they urgently wish to speak to me, but as my passport number has changed they are unable to talk it seems. I suggest that they email if this helps, I went to their branch in London, it no longer exists, I spoke to their customer service and thy spoke to me just fine but were not interested in taking my new passport number. Crazy situation but I will have to take action against the bank if they do not stop being a nuisance. In the meantime I will be giving their numbers to every Robin call service I can find so that they start to understand what a nuisance it is that they keep calling me
