Love, love having this local home town hardware store. Never disappoints! I’ve been coming since it opened. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted and asked how can I help? Just went in for a key fab battery change, I was out in less than 5 mins. Customer service is phenomenal, inventory is great…. Every home project, small or large is always a success. Shout out to Jay and Nick!

Quite literally one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Was immediately greeted by Jay when I walked in…who genuinely enjoys his job. Knew exactly what I needed and exactly where it was in the store. Was in and out in no time. And I didn’t have to wait in line to ring myself up! I now come to this Ace Hardware before going to Lowe’s or Home Depot whenever possible. It’s a bit further away but totally worth it for the customer service and ease of shopping alone. Whoever is running this place, great job! Many local business owners should come here to learn a thing or two.

What a pleasure compared to Home Depot (Dump)! Almost before I had a chance to even get through the door, Jay, behind the counter, was greeting me, and asking if I needed help, which I did. When I told him what I needed, he immediately radioed his associate, Hank, who helped me out in a genuinely friendly matter. My needs were simple, but they treated me as if I was spending thousands of dollars in the store. Really appreciate the customer service! Thank you!

I am a convert to Ace Hardware! Need a capacitor for an air conditioner, they have it. Need a four foot framing level, go to Ace. Need food for an octopus, they probably don’t have it, but they could tell you where to get it.

I needed a capacitor when my air conditioner went down and I called every air conditioning supplier around, but nobody would sell it to me. Ace had what I needed in stock and Jay helped me find it. He even took a look at my old capacitor to make sure I got the right one. On the way out he offered to sell me a bbq grill. I didn’t need one for the air conditioner, but it was a nice thought.

When I went axe throwing with my kids, the axes were Ace axes. Turns out Jay knows a thing or two about axe throwing too. I’m not saying he gave me an axe throwing demonstration in the store, but I like to think he would have if I asked. That’s the kind of service you might find at Ace.

Head to Ace, buy an axe, buy a capacitor, buy a 5/8” single gang mud ring for a four inch electrical box. You will find it all there. When you go, tell Jay I’m coming back to get that grill soon!

I was able to Experience wonderful Customer Service and an Extreme Friendly worker Jay!! I purchased a used car for my daughter and was only given one key!! Jay was so helpful from the time he greeted us at the door until he handed me my new keys 🔑!! So grateful for Excellent Service!!

My first time in this Ace hardware has probably been the best customer service i have experienced in any Ace. Jay was super helpful and friendly. He helped me find what i needed as soon as i grabbed a cart. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Went to get a couple of screws to replace some cheap Chinese made ones for my motorcycle seat that came with defective holes- Brian & Nick went above and beyond to help re-tap the holes and completely saved the day! Not to mention the hassle, time and costs that I would have incurred trying to solve this on my own.. amazing service and incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Felt like I was in the twilight zone as this kind of customer service is extremely rare these days! Many, many thanks to the good folks at Ace👍👍

Wanted to leave a review because I was so compelled by their customer service!! This review is 100% for Dave at the Green Acres location. He helped me and my family from start to finish with buying a Green Egg Grill. He is so knowledgeable and super helpful. Really knows his stuff! 10/10 experience.

Over the holidays I had an order I needed help with, a gift for my daughter. The manager Dave was extremely helpful and kind, he made sure it was delivered and perfect !

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but Hank at the Greenacres, Ace Hardware is awesome. I went to two different Home Depot‘s and Lowe’s. Looking for a specific bolt and nobody there had any clue what I was talking about. I arrived at the store a couple minutes before they actually opened and he was kind enough to let me in a little bit early. I showed him what I had left of the bolt and he took me right over to it, he didn’t have to look at his phone to see what aisle it was on, or have me searching the store. It’s so awesome that there are still stores around where people actually know where the items are! And not on their phones and pointing saying oh, I think it’s over there and having you search. They will continue to get my business!

This is an excellent Ace Hardware, on Forest Hill Blvd., large and with a good selection of in stock items. Not only do they carry and stock a number of important items that cannot be found at the big box stores, but they stock a few items that can't even be found at the other nearby Ace Hardware stores. As just one example, and one only, they stock Rust-Oleum Semi Gloss White in quart cans (not spray paint), which isn't sold at Home Depot or any other nearby Ace Hardware stores. Those stores have only Hi Gloss or Satin, which do not match my needs.

Super friendly staff and always very helpful. Quick, easy stop in the neighborhood, would always rather go here first for supplies whenever I'm working on a project.

They are a little pricey but sometimes they are more convenient. I shop ace hardware that is close to my 82-acre property. I usually buy a lot of their fruit trees. They always have a good price.

This little store has everything. If they don't have it in stock they will get it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is a lot larger inside than it appears from the exterior.

All too often people are quick to complain and criticize but fail to acknowledge those who provide outstanding service. My husband and I would like to bring to your attention and compliment Jerry from the Greenacres Ace Hardware who helped us with the purchase of a Big Green Egg grill. Jerry was very professional and took a great deal of time and patience during our multiple visits to educate us on this grill with no pressure to make a purchase. We would also like to commend Dave and Kevin who delivered and set-up our Big Green Egg grill. They were both friendly and extremely professional. Dave was great in helping to educate us on its use and maintenance, so much so, that we recommend he perform this educational piece on a Hollywood-type video for all to see. 😊 Our appreciation is directed to all members of your team. You can be assured that all of our future purchases will be done with Greenacres Ace Hardware because of these outstanding employees.

ADDENDUM: I had an issue with the grill I purchased and Dave Rich, store manager did everything he could to rectify the issue, sending the crew to my house to fix it. Incredible service!!

First time in the store, I found it quite enjoyable! Help was very informative and friendly, I did not feel like I was lost alone in an I'll with no help or advice, they were workers present who are very helpful and eager to please! Something you can't find these days at Home Depot! I'm disabled and I don't have the time or patience to walk down the store across back and forth from this way to that way to find what I need! I will definitely be doing more shopping at hardware and Green Acres!! Thank you kindly, for all your help!
