I've been a customer of Ellen and her team for at least 5 years and their service is excellent and alterations top notch. I usually submit orders of 20 shirts or more and receive an email in 2 or 3 days that the clothes are ready for pickup. They even deliver downtown and have $5 coupons online. ALL coupons are honored if you follow the basic protocol clearly stated for INCOMING ORDERS. It's no different than the coupon policy for shoe repair, purchasing tires, Applebee's or Smokey Bones.

Fantastic service and affordable. So happy I was able to drop off early and get it back that same afternoon without an extra charge, amazing! Will be my go to dry cleaner from now on, thank you! :)

This is a hidden secret as they are one of the few places that will give you same day service at the same price. Is not fancy but they do a good job and do it quickly. They also do alterations very well at reasonable prices. Make sure you get their discount coupons on the website

We love the service at the bank that Ellen gives us, She is always nice and professional when she comes in. They do an awesome job on cleaning your laundry and also on their alterations. I highly recommend them.
