Excellent The staff is amazing. They take superior care of my Coco! We always feel welcome they are so friendly and are so helpful with anything you are concerned about. Coco is 6 months now and weighs 2 pounds she a very pampered lucky pup that we found Harbor Springs. I wouldn’t take Coco anywhere else when you’ve found the best it doesn’t get any better!!! Thank you to the staff techs the receptionist assistant and Dr Billy as well as the other vets along with anyone I may have let out!!!!
Coco is now 2 years. Old and weighs 3 pounds. I dropped her off for her dental cleaning. I can say enough how much we love and appreciate Dr. Billy, Brenda, Tracy and the entire team. They treat us like family they are so good to Coco! I never worry when she’s with them they care so much!!! Heartfelt thank you for taking care of my baby❤❤❤

We took Delilah in to see Dr. Billy because she stopped eating yesterday. After working with us to schedule an emergency surgery, they were able to find out she had a major blockage in the stomach and intestine due to ingesting a sock (I swear she is part goat). Just like that, she’s home with us resting and on the road to recovery after 2 major surgeries. We can’t say enough things about Dr. Billy. He’s an amazing Vet who has always shown love and care and excellent attention to our babies. He and his staff at Harbor Springs Vet saved our babygirl today and I’ll be forever greatful. It’s rare to find a vet who is so caring and truly loves all of our pups like his own. Thank you so much Dr Billy for being such an amazing vet and an even better human. We are proud to call you our vet and our friend ❤

We love Dr. Billy and his staff! They're all friendly and smiling and make the animals feel at ease. Even though my "children" may not typically be excited about why they're visiting Harbor Springs Vet, they're always happy to see Dr. Billy and team. In addition to making the pets and their parents feel welcome, the team is very knowledgeable and also wonderful on the administrative side of things. They have an easy-to-use portal, provide reminder calls, and someone follows-up after procedures or any visits in which one of the babies wasn't feeling well. I appreciate not only their love for my pups, but the overall service provided to clients. This crew is so wonderful we were willing to drive about 15 mins farther because they're worth it. Oh, and bonus - the office is beautiful too! Highly recommend Harbor Springs Vet!

I had my first visit at Harbor Springs Vet today for my 2 Pugs, and I could not have been more impressed. From the time I parked my car to the time I left, everyone was just as friendly, welcoming, and professional as could be. The owner, who was especially accommodating, came outside to greet me and help me inside because he saw that I was struggling with 2 dogs and a 6 month old human, getting out of a lifted truck by myself. Everyone was so excited and loving towards my dogs and really made them feel comfortable and cared for. They even took the time to get to know me as a person, rather than just as a new client. They were also quite fast and efficient with their professional procedures. There was even a cute little sign made up to welcome my pugs to their facility, waiting for us in the exam room they had reserved for us. On the way out, one of those amazing vets even helped me get my dogs to the truck while I cared for my baby and even took them to potty for me.
The Harbor Springs veterinary staff truly went above and beyond for my little family today, and we will absolutely be making them our official doggy health care providers.
( The facility was also quite nice, CLEAN, and spacious)

I can’t say enough about Dr. Billy and his team at Harbor Springs vet. My four year old golden doodle got a tiny little stick loggged between her upper molars. I didn’t see it, you can see by the pictures it’s camouflage very well with the roof of her mouth. Dr. Billy saw it and was unable to get it out with his hands, so he used hemostats, and removed it without any damage to her teeth or gums. Dr. Billy and his team are absolutely amazing. They have so much compassion for my girl Rubicon. They treat her like she is their own. From the moment we walk in it’s all love and hugs for my girl. She loves going to see Dr. Billy.

By far the best vet we have ever been to. We just moved to the area, and today was my dog Dexter’s first visit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they all made us feel comfortable. Dr. Kowalski is super down to earth, and very knowledgeable regarding my dog, he also thoroughly explained everything and is very personable. Ashley the vet tech was also amazing, and explained everything as well. I am glad we found a great vet to take Dex to. :) -Also Tracie when we walked in was super friendly!

HARBOR SPRINGS VET IS AMAZING!

I can’t thank them enough, when our dog started to show symptoms of not being herself we took her here and they gave us all of the options without trying to push expensive diagnostics test, they treated her symptoms and offered us the option of X-ray. When she didn’t got better after treating her symptoms we took her in for an X-ray just to find out she had a blockage, Dr Kowalski took his time to find us a vet that could operate the same day since he couldn’t, my family can’t truly thank this office and staff enough, they make you feel like family and help you through the whole process.

They are awesome. Dr. Billy and his staff are always helping and kind. They were there for us during a very difficult time with one of our pups. I would not have any other doctor for our dogs

This is without a doubt the best vet I’ve ever used. The team at Harbor Springs is highly attentive, truly cares for your animals and gives exceptional care. I cannot recommend this vet enough!

Outstanding care. Kind, gentle, loving staff. Our dog, Harrison, loves Dr. Billy and his office. Our Senior dog actually enjoys going to the Dr. with zero stress due to the environment they have created for their patients. I recommend Harbor Springs to all my neighbors with pets.

Having tried a number of vets in the area over the years, Dr Billy and the staff at Harbor Springs are the best. This is where we bring our Dobermans and know we are getting the best and most knowledgeable care possible.

Also… I would add that there are cheaper vets out there, but our experience has been that the cheaper vets have always come with reduced expertise as well. That is where you run into the, “…lets try this… didn’t work, ok now lets try this…” and meanwhile you are paying for all of those trial procedures/medications.

Dr Billy always thoroughly explains his thoughts, reasons for any treatment plan and follow-ups. We have had him refer us to a dermatology specialist when one of our doberman was experiencing multiple skin conditions, and he knew the specialist was the best option for the dog. He is genuinely concerned about the welfare of your animal and not just making a buck off of you. Highly recommended.

I’ve been looking for a good vet for awhile and this place was amazing. From the office staff to the vet, all kind and welcoming. They don’t try to nickel and dime me like other vets. Very knowledgeable and great with my cat! Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, we were both made to feel comfortable. My questions were all answered, and I had many!Blaze is always happy to come visit the office. Great experience!!

Billy and his staff are the best! He took excellent care of my senior yorkie and walked me through his last years with grace. Now he helps me with my new puppy and navigating that transition. He is the only one I trust with my fur babies!

We were referred to Dr. Billy at Harbor Springs Vet by friends of ours. Having moved to a new state, veterinary care was a concern. Meeting Dr. Billy and his staff was familiar, like coming home. We have been VERY satisfied customers for over 2 years and will be life long customers and friends! Compassionate care from truly incredible people!

I have nothing but good things to say about Harbor Springs Vet, their staff, and Dr.Billy! I originally came for a second opinion, and even though Dr.Billy’s prognosis was the same as the first vet I saw, there was a huge difference in the quality of service. He and his vet tech Brenda took the time to both listen to me and educate me on what was going on with my cat so that I was able to make a more informed decision on her care. They were both friendly and compassionate and treated my cat with the upmost love and care. The front desk staff are also super friendly and amicable. The office is clean, downright beautiful, and had an overall open and calming atmosphere. Price wise I can’t complain, although it is just a tad pricier than my previous vet, I think it’s worth it based on the quality of care. I also appreciate that I can be in the room with my cat instead of having to wait in my car. Dr.Billy will be Nairobi’s new doctor going forward.

I didn’t think there was anyone who could love this goofy little guy as much as us but Harbor Springs proved us wrong. Louie was not only provided the highest quality care but loved on and spoiled while there! Staff was patient with his nervousness and so incredibly kind to our whole family. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Billy and his team enough.

My dog Caly loves coming here. She starts wiggling her entire body as soon as we pull in. She jumps out of the car and runs right in smiling. She loves seeing Dr. Billy and the entire team.
