Promise Pharmacy

Promise received my script, created the order and prepped within two days of receipt. I reached out about the date of shipping and they responded the same day and with accurate information. It is my first time using them but they seem responsive and helpful. My order was received as indicated. My MD is using them for my needs and so far so good. Just wanted to add a positive review after seeing so many concerning ones.

I received my first order in about a week and a half after ordering it, and I have been very happy with the quality of the medication so far. Quality is more important to me then shipping times. I know what its like to work high volume, and it's stressful. Unfortunately people do not understand this very well sometime, but it's been worth the wait for me so far. Keep up the good work guys!

I do testosterone replacement therapy. I'm in Illinois and the clinic just switched to ordering from Promise Pharmacy. There have been some issues getting my meds to me on time. I called and spoke with Melissa. She's a wonderful customer service person. She explained the situation. When they had the product she over nighted my order.
Between my clinic and Promise Pharmacy I'm pretty sure the situation has been solved.

My provider paid the pharmacy directly. It took about 6 days for them to get around to filling my RX, but then overnight shipped it. One thing was missing from my order, called them and they happily shipped it out at no extra charge! Received 2 days later. Great CS!

This is a phenomenal pharmacy! The staff here is friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They are open for pick up and they deliver locally. They can also mail your prescriptions just about nationwide. Additionally, they compound anything from capsules and creams to eye drops and injections. I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy, so give them a chance and find out for yourself!

I have been going to Promise Pharmacy for years. Haley is wonderful, I have never had a bad encounter with him. I hate that I don’t get to see him as often, but proud of him as I have witness the transformation of his business! I never have to wait, and even with all the new people I have been treated with compassion. Although, I do miss all the old faces, I’m happy nonetheless.

Amazing experience at this location and compared to other pharmacies, I’d highly recommend this one to any and all new or existing patients here. I wasn’t even expecting that I’d be able to leave out the door within less than 8 minutes of handing my paperwork over to the pharmacist. Here I am thinking that I’d have to drop it off and then get a call back after two to three hours but nope, I was happily and pleasantly surprised at how friendly and quickly my short visit was!

I live 45 mins south of this Pharmancy and all my scripts are delivered to my door, the staff are great and handle all answers, fall in to Dr's as well as care for client. Beter then Walgreens and cvs anytime. Promise Pharmancy is a small caring Pharmancy, with great answers and always explain how to tax my meds correctly.

My husband has used Promise for years and they are always accommodating and very good to him.
The review by Jonathan Bottcher is a bit extreme and misinformed. Perhaps he was dipping into his relatives pain meds.
This pharmacy adheres to strict DEA laws. I believe also helped the DEA in the past with "drug seekers" and phony prescriptions. They prescribe exactly what the physician orders as long as it is within the parameters of the law.

love them.....the way pharmacy should be....they take their time and care about their patients....i love the fact they don't have any drug seekers and they keep their pain medications for those who need it (i have cancer and use my inusrance for my pain medication) way to go promise pharmacy

Very caring professionals. They always greet me and make me feel important. Good luck getting that at CVS or Walgreens.
