Publix Pharmacy at Crystal Beach Plaza

The pharmacy team goes above, and beyond. The lady there today (12/3) was really nice, and helped me get my prescription for a cheap price. The gentleman pharmacist was nice as well. It was very refreshing, compared to what I have been dealing with every month from CVS and Walgreens, this is now my number one neighborhood pharmacy. Thank you!!

I'm going to change my pharmacy to this location because they are exceedingly helpful, polite, and professional. I feel like Matthew & Alice went above and beyond to assist me with an issue helping me obtain my prescription. A huge THANK YOU to the employees at the Crystal Beach Publix Pharmacy.

I have been a customer of this publix for a very long time. I have always been treated very well and the customer service is second to none. The pharmacy is first class. Del the pharmisist is one of the best i ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Cant thank him and and his staff for all they do for my father inlaw. My wife is a pharmacist and she says the same as well. Thanks Del for helping us get threw this difficult time.

Wow! Very friendly and fast service.

Very nice people who work there, but... they are very small scale, so be prepared to wait. There are 1-2 workers during all opening hours. Sometimes pharmacist is alone. Picking up RX during peak hours may mean that there are 2-4 customers ahead of you, with questions or maybe the price was off. Seems like it would be very convenient to shop & pick up your prescription, but understand ahead that you may have to wait 20 minutes or more, even after you get the text that your prescription is ready. On a final note, they have issues honoring GoodRx rates. I understand that the discount rate can change overnight, but I recommend printing your coupon with price written on it so that there are no issues when you pick up. Also the RX confirming text will tell you the costs and you can call ahead if it's incorrect. Again, the people are very nice. I have found it to be incorrect 50% of the time. They do give free antibiotics, which is terrific! It's not the convenience of Walgreens or CVS, for me, but it might be convenient for you.

My experience at the pharmacy today was unacceptable! I waited over an hour for my prescription when they told me it would be 30 minutes. I bought ice cream and was standing at the counter an hour later with no one talking to me including the Pharmacist. I was going to get flu vaccine but zero customer service. Ice cream melting had to go. When I returned later to retrieve my prescription I voiced my concerns to the same pharmacist where he argued with me. Yep that's what he did.

Staff is excellent. Regional corporate staff is terrible. The pharmacy is constantly understaffed and corporate complaints are ignored. Corporate simply makes a financial calculation regarding intangible client loss against increased payroll. They have zero concern about their pharmacy staff being constantly overwhelmed as long as the profit margin is correct. CORPORATE OFFICE START APPROPRIATELY STAFFING THIS PHARMACY.
