I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 9 months for various vaccines, traveling from St. Pete, because I trust the pharmacist. When I went the first time for my flu shot, the pharmacist recommended Hep A and Shingles vaccines because of my age and educated me on their importance. Because those vaccines require 2 shots, I didn’t hesitate driving from St. Pete to have him give me the additional shots months later. He also educated me on the pneumonia vaccine, which I had inquired about. While I agree with a couple of other reviews that there needs to be hand sanitizer alongside the payment terminal, I highly recommend this pharmacist and will definitely be back.

I can’t thank Michelle, the pharmacy manager enough for her assistance in helping locate and securing a prescription that was not in stock locally.
The prescription was called in for my cat and our family is so grateful that “Toonces” will be feeling better soon!

On Monday 03.04.24 I bought raw lamb in pieces. It had weird smell. I thought it will be better after cooking but it was not. Tasted like it was fresh at least a month ago. I brought it back the same day. The guy in a blue shirt at customer service showed all his disrespect giving me refund. Looked like he was doing me a favor.
Before that I bought their meal for one (tilapia with broccoli) that has to be cooked in the oven. Fish was definitely rotten, smelt disgusting. The expiration date was in three days.
Before that I bought another meal for one (salmon) that was rotten too.
This Publix feeds us like pigs. I even doubt the pigs would eat this.

Publix went from the best to a dumpster walmart alike! This store used to be amazing! I have shopped Here for at least 15 years same store. Employees used to be great and care. Prices are insane and quality is worse than a Walmsrt. Produce is the biggest issue. Absolute ridiculous prices for sub par already spoiling produce! Yesterday I wanted asparagus all the tips were mush! I asked the produce dept, he pulled out a new box they were all ruined. His response was this is what we have. No apologies no explanation and no care. Going down the ailse the young kid loading shelves not working hes on his cell phone blatantly! We have garbage was his attitude and they dont care! This happens constantly. I got sourdough bread was stale. Publix has turned into a horrible woke company. My brother in law has worked for them 7 years he loved his job, but management and the corporate has gotten very rich working those employees to death while hiring young kids who have no work ethic and they are not allowed to reprimand them. The pharmacy is super lazy! My dr sends over Rx they dont have it ready for days! Actually sometimes they wont even fill it unless i ask them even
though my dr sent it over! The pharmacist even told me tofay she didnt have it until i pushed her.Lazy entitled brats ruining the store because the new CEO FOSTERS THIS CULTURE! I used to love this store now I dread it. I shop .ostly at BJs much better merchandise for a better price. Produce at BJS IS SOOO FRESH!

Jimmy the the pharmacy manager is extremely rude. Some communication wires got crossed while trying to get a script filled for my wife, long of the short expert pharmacist Jimmy told me what I was telling him was a lie. I said sounds like I need a new pharmacy and turned to walk away. Jimmy continued to haller at me across the store while I took my children and proceeded to peace, I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED IN MY LIFE! And in front of my children!! These people have no customer service skills and they are all rude every time I go there. No worries just go somewhere else it will be worth your drive, personally I'll never go to this pharmacy again.
