Spring Lake Apartments

I’ve been in these apartments for 16 years. I’ve enjoyed my stay. Like I told them in the rent office, I will not be moving at all. You can not find any complex as large as these apartments. The rooms are very large in size. This is a great place to stay. The Ken and Shantez are very friendly and very professional. The complex is very quite. I Love it here. I will recommend these apartments to anyone.

Been here 10 years just renew my leases! Ken and Shantez has been the best offices staff since I been here. I really appreciate them and the care they have for Spring lake Apartments! They make you feel so welcome

I just wanted to thank the staff at Spring lake apartments for taking the time and being very helpful during my process , The staff helped me so much with this being my first time renting a apartment Alecia & Mr. Ken were very helpful and kept me updated throughout my whole process I was updated on everything an walked through everything & the neighborhood is very quiet and clean also thank you to Ms.Glenice who also helped keep me updated on everything . The staff really takes the time to walk and guide you through everything.

The Spring Lake community has been an amazing place to live for 10 years. I have seen Property management staff come and go. This is the best one that I've seen so far. Ms. Shantez Berry is the best Assistant Property Manager because of her customer service and winning personality. Also, the rest of the staff is very helpful and professional.

I been here at Spring Lake for about 2 months now and I love it! I even got my mother in law to move here. Ken and Shantez is just awesome
They tend to every thing you need. I will recommend to anyone.

I am thankful, grateful, and DEFINITELY ELATED to currently update that, as of one month ago, I officially became a resident of Spring Lake Apartments! I knew from the very first day that it was going to be a place that I would soon call home because the environment was everything I needed and wanted. I truly appreciate Ms. Shantez, Mr. Kenneth, and Ms. Kelly for their assistance, patience, and time from start to end of this process. You all do such an an amazing job and I definitely felt like I’ve been welcomed home!

I just want to say how great the staff is. Ken, Shantel, and Alecia all moved with a sense of urgency with helping me find a 2 bedroom unit to accompany me and my wife who is coming in from out of the country. They all are wonderful and really care about their residents. Their energy is unmatched! Lease here, you will not regret it. I cannot wait to move in!

Me and my friend Deval went and toured the facility and ms.Glenice Was an amazing person to help and made everything go smoothly and answer every question we had no matter how small they was. She is the Epiphany of what kindness and compassion is. I highly recommend

I spent the past couple years at Spring Lake and it was a great experience. Everyone in the office is helpful and professional. The maintenance guys are great very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking for a great safe place in the area Spring Lake is it.

This was great experience! Ken really was really helpful thoughout the process. I was able to see different models of the apartment on Tik tok and they look same. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with my apartment selection.

The staff is amazing. The apartments are nice. The property is always clean. I love it here. Ken is an awesome property manager and Shantez is amazing. She’s always smiling and friendly.

I really enjoyed my tour with shantez she really has an awesome personality and they even had a resident event going on when I pulled up. The residents seem happy and the apartments are nice I can’t wait to possibly move here !

Great customer service. Alicia, shantez and Ken, were all very helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to inform me about the property, I’m excited to become a resident of an amazing property with amazing leasing agents.

I move all the way from Michigan and when I say Ken and Shantez and also Alecia has been nothing but nice. They made my experience so smooth best offices staff hands down. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Update 3/11/24: i’ve been here a few months and honestly, my experience is still five stars. I haven’t had any major issues with my unit. No bug problems or anything like that. (Ive seen 1 roach & 1 spider in 5 months). Any of the minor stuff I’ve called about has been fixed promptly and the few times I’ve had to stop by the leasing office, Schantez has always been super helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond for the residents and I really appreciate it!

Chantez & Tiara are amazing! From my first call a few weeks ago to my move in today, the Spring Lake team had gone above and beyond. I am so excited to live here and Im grateful to have worked with leasing staff who are genuine and highly skilled. My application process was smooth, the leasing team communicated with me at every step and my apartment was throughly cleaned before I moved in. What more could you ask for? 😁

I am delighted to give Accolades to Ken and Shantez!! They are absolutely the epidimy of Customer Service, professionalism, and kindness.
This evening I pulled up late and as I walked the office door, I saw Shantez and Ken getting ready to exit, BUT.. they not only stayed to help me, they both greeted me with the most pleasant attitudes. I have experienced the total opposite and greatly appreciate their personable demeanor, the openess to not only listen but mirror what is said to let you know you are being heard.
It is quiet and peaceful here and concerns are taken seriously.
The sign "Welcome Home" as you come into the complex is true.

This is a great place to live. It's always clean and quite. The leasing office staff is amazing. They are always so friendly and polite. I love it here.

Great people!! The lady’s at the front office were very nice and respectful. Just got my keys to my new apartment today and looking forward to staying here
