Fat Cap BBQ

Great pulled Chicken and Beef brisket BBQ. There side option like their baked beans, corn casserole and fried okra really stand out from other BBQ restaurants. I had there wings for the first time Saturday night and they were excellent. Steve and Leanne really put a lot of love into their comfort food. It's bittersweet they are closing for my family and I, but I wish them the very best with their new chapter in life. I look forward to their pop-ups in the future.

Their bbq is so good. The smoked wings are bomb! The sides dishes are super tasty. Our favorite is the corn casserole, the whole family enjoys it. We discovered this place not long ago. We've been living in the area for about 4yrs. Best bbq place imo.. we tell our friends and family all about it. Desserts are great also.. best banana pudding!! You gotta try them, you'll be hooked! We order takeout at least twice a month. The staffs are always so nice and friendly.

Absolutely the best place for some amazing BBQ (Steve is quite the pit master) and comfort food!! It’s our staple “date night” every Friday night!! Love this place so much that when it came time to hiring a caterer for my husband’s 60th Surprise Birthday Party .., Fat Caps was a no brainer! Everyone love the solid southern cooking, LeeAnne was sooo helpful to make sure everything was perfect. When you go to Fat Caps, you can’t go wrong! Highly Recommend🙌🏻

The brisket was phenomenal, perfectly smoked to the point where the fat melts into butter. No knife needed. The Mac and cheese were also really good, and the service was excellent!

Heard about this place for a while. And tried it for the 1st last week and it was amazing! Some of the best BBQ I've had and its 10 minutes away. Also on Saturday they have wings which are amazing even without sauce. The brisket is melt in your mouth good, the wings are excellent, with sauce they take you the next level. Last but no least the green beans are also amazing.

We need to keep this place open, bc as far as I'm concerned it's a Dacula treasure. So if you have younger people looking for work this would be a great place to start.

The wings are meaty and so tender with amazing flavor but I have to repeat myself with the baby back ribs with so much flavor they were both delicious but hats off to the chef (pit-master) on the brisket I had a hard time getting it to my mouth it fell apart so nice and again such awesome flavor and it didn't need but I love the Fat Cap BBQ sauce! The banana pudding and peach cobbler was a pleasant finish! Well done guys!

I just wanna say, this is probably some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The customer service was great! The Mac & cheese is delicious. Pulled pork sandwich, meat is tender & has great flavor. The vinegar sauce is very good but don’t use a lot! It’s strong. Their fat cap sauce is DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to go here again.

We're always on the hunt for tasty brisket and after a long, stressful week I was needing to drown my sorrows and eat my feelings. My husband has passed the place before and we finally decided to give them a try. What a find! The ambiance and staff made it feel like we were having dinner with friends. Everything was delicious! The brisket was so tender it just fell apart. My husband recommends getting the mac and cheese by the truckload, it was so good. This will be our new go to when we just gotta have good BBQ. We're excited to go back yo try the ribs.

So good. Great size portions. Mac and cheese was amazing. Corn casserole was very good. Baked beans were a slight mustard taste but not over powering. The pulled pork was some of the best I've ever had. If you can have pulled pork without sauce and it be super flavorful, it's awesome meat. Thank you Fat Cap

First visit tonight and it did not disappoint!!! I needed food for a lunch tomorrow, so had to pick up tonight to leave early. Tried it all when I got home-and it was all really good!! Can’t wait to come back and try a larger variety! Come on tim; I got there at 5:05 and was about 12th in line’

It's truly the best brisket I've ever had. We go at least 1 time per month and it's a treat every time. Sides are delicious. Ribs were amazing. Briskey literally melts in your mouth. Absolutely amazing BBQ.

First time and it was really good. Brisket was soft and tender. Pulled pork was full of flavor and I loved the Brunswick stew. I will go back next time for the ribs. I haven’t eaten my banana pudding yet…

Not only do they have the best BBQ in GA..no kidding im here at least once a week.. they give back to the community. They donated gift cards for animal our rescues bingo event to help us make money to save more dogs. Ordered the package meal with St Louis ribs, mac and cheese, and green beans. It was some of the best bbq I've had. Definitely recommend

I love good BBQ ribs… I love the juicy and tender ones. This place has absolutely the Best ribs in town!!! My wife says the pulled pork is delicious. Their sides are very tasty… corn casserole & collard greens are excellent!!
Highly recommend!! It’s small, so get there when it opens. He serves ribs only on Fridays and sells out in 45 minutes!!!

Everything we've had so far was delicious. The wings, ribs, brisket & pulled chicken perfectly made. The best okra & mac & cheese.

My family ordered a smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. This made things easier on that day after an early morning run - just heat, carve and eat. It's always a joy to visit family when I come in from Chicago but this food made things even better. I know my family will keep coming here and I'll be insisting on ordering when I fly in from Chicago!

Back in town and my grandson and I came for dinner. For me, pulled pork sandwich with pickles. For my grandson, smoked wings which he pretty much inhaled. And for dessert some incredible banana pudding. Amazing. See you next time!

The only pulled pork BBQ that I will eat. And I have had my share of lots of pulled pork sandwiches and this is the best. I don't even use any sauce because it's so delicious even without the sauce. Every item is home cooked fresh daily.
The owners are very laid back humble folks.

Great food, great service, nice folks. We had 1/4 chickens (delicious), pulled pork, brisket, smoked trout (BEST EVER) mac & cheese, cole slaw and banana pudding. Yes, we will return.
