I wanted to edit my review.

About 2 weeks ago, I went in wanting to sell Funko Pops and got very poor customer service.

Someone contacted me and I gave them a second chance and I’m glad I did! James and Sam were very helpful in helping me! I felt very welcomed and wanted in the store.

I’ll be coming back again with my Funko pops to sell to them!

100% prefer this store over local competitors for gaming needs. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. This is THE place to go for your gaming needs and Funko exclusives.

The people in this store are amazing, I specifically come to this store because of the employees. Hannah and Jordan are two of my favorite people. I'm saddened that I can't add a second rating for the ownership group that runs this company. Today there is severe weather and almost all other businesses in their area are closing down early for the safety of their employees. However not Game Exchange, because to them the employees lives are less important than them making money for the company for a few hours. Hopefully one day the employees here can be treated with the respect and decency they deserve.

Much better than the store on the other side of town. Talked to a very helpful employee named Tory who went out of her way to show me some stuff tucked in the back of a case. She was enthusiastic and had a great positive attitude. I made a purchase I might not have made otherwise. Judging by the problems the company is having at their second location, they really need to make sure they hold on to good workers. A good visit, and I’ll definitely be back.

Im in here at least once a week. There is an employee there I think his name is Hop he's awesome! Everytime I'm there he converses with me about games. He always let's me know what new stuff they have in and even let's me know when some games are all they're cracked up to be and offers suggestions on other titles I may be interested in. As long as he works there I know I'm not gonna get ripped off and buy something I truly don't want. He even engages my kids. Thanks Hop keep up the good work!

Much better than the store on the other side of town. Better and more consistently staffed, with enough people to take care of customers without having to scramble and do three jobs at the same time. I’ve sold things here before and the amount offered was pretty fair.

On my last visit I talked to a very helpful worker named Tory who went out of her way to show me some items buried in the back of a case. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and had a great attitude. I hope the company is able to identify strong workers and make sure to hang on to them.

Great experience! Caleb in particular went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. There were a lot of customers, and he was busy as heck. Still went out of his way to tell us all details and give us a deal on our purchase. Highly recommend. Customer service and selection.

Customer service is amazing! Stopped in just to look at their collection of Pokemon cards for my son, got way more than expected! The guy working there was super nice and even stopped to show my son the rare cards they have and answered all his questions. Was super patient and kind even when he took a bit to go through the stack. Great guy and we will definitely be going back!!

This store is amazing!! The manager is such a sweet guy! The employees are so nice too, and they worked to try to fix my damaged games for me. (Seen in the picture I posted).
There's a reason I always come to this store, it's a great place!! Good prices too! I love my GameCube I got from here!

Came in here one night a little less than an hour before close and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Answered every question we had and helped us find a couple different games that we were looking for. Prices overall are fair for most things but I will say the service was awesome.

Austin and his partner at the Lexington ky store (sorry i forgot his name) were amazing with helping me through the process of buying a console. They walked me through the process and helped me so much. The manager there was also amazing. Great work by everyone there

We only stopped in for a quick look on the way home out of town and were pleasantly surprised to meet Caleb the GM. He did a wonderful job taking care of us and we always look forward to visiting this location! If you love obscure games and POP figures this is definitely the place.

Jumping on the bandwagon of PRAISE for these folks. We bought a switch and it had super minor blemishes, they replaced our stuff - better edition, perfect condition. Hooked us up with a sweet case for $7. Just awesome. Gonna buy lots more from these folks.

The people working there are so nice!! Very friendly, the store is well organized and the manager of the store is definitely a good dude.
I love going here because not only will I get a good deal on something but I'm treated like family all the time.

Excellent used media and game store. Supper friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are as good or better than online. On many games you will come out better here than paying for shipping. They also do trade-ins.

On the tcg side (mtg, Yu-Gi-Ohs and pokemans) they have 10 cent loose commons and 25 cent rares along with more price individual cards too.

They also have records and turntables. Limited selection of comics and Manga. Big DVD collection

I love this place! I'm hugely into movies, and they always have DVDs that I love and have been looking for. The selection is simply fantastic.
And the staff is great. Zack, Jordan, Mallory, and Sam are all extremely helpful and friendly (there are two others there that I haven't met yet, but I'm willing to bet that they're just as great). Jordan is also a great artist and always puts up great drawings at the front of the store.
If you're looking for movies, games, or just cool people to chat with for a while, this is definitely the place to go.

Great selection of vintage and current video games products! Great staff, though they seem to have high turnover. TCG selection is a little haphazard but decent for not being their main focus.

I love this place. It's a used video game store. They have everything from PS1 through PS4 games. Xbox through the most recent Xbox games. They have some movies. They also have some switch games. You can sell here too. I highly recommend doing here.

I’ve collected and played games for years. This place is seriously one of the best stores around and has great staff,great prices and selection!! I was blown away! For any gamer or nerd this place is a must see!

Nice and accommodating staff, much better trade in value than gamestop or cm games in the mall and I would rather buy from here. Would recommend visiting or trading in consoles here for in-store value when upgrading
