Lush Cosmetics Summit at Fritz Farm

Smells great, clean and organized. The employee there was terrific and very knowledgeable on all products and recommended several to us. I wish I could remember her name. Location is perfect with many shops in walking distance.

Staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy. They welcome you into the store and point you in the direction of what you're looking for, then give you privacy to browse.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about products. I love that they're moving towards package-free. Free samples are a must and of course the bath bombs are so fun. Everyone is very inclusive of all genders, sexualities, races, disabilities, etc.

I had the best experience at Lush today! Ann was super attentive and kind and helped me pick out a shampoo bar that met my hair needs. I can't wait to come back and pick out some more products!

When I walk into Lush I feel like I've entered wonderland. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. They're always near by if you need help or have a question, and they're almost always demonstrating products. I love to browse the bath bombs and just sniff everything. Their products can get expensive but they are worth every dime. They have something for everyone and almost every part of your body and beauty routine. Ive shopped at several different Lush locations but the Fritz Farm one is my favorite.

The staff is amazing and very friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions they love to answer anything about there products. Sometimes they even find something brand new you would never try. Absolutely recommend for yourself and for gifts

These associates are not paid anywhere near what they're worth. It's sad Lush doesn't value their biggest asset. I loved bringing my son here. He's on the Autism Spectrum so certain textures are hard for him to tolerate or even touch, but today we had a breakthrough! An amazing associate demo'd a Toby's Cow bath bomb. My son was so curious of the colors that he actually touched and handled the bath bomb as it was activating. He was a bit put off at first by the texture, but the amazing associate kept showing him all the colors and he ended up wanting to purchase one! We purchased a cow and the same associate gave him another bath bomb to try because she thought he would like the colors.

I love Lush, but the location of this store was really such a wonderful bonus experience. Friendly staff, lots of variety, and everything was setup cute for Halloween. The layout offers lots of room to move about and had a great flow to it.

I was having a real cruddy week so I went in for a bath bomb and everyone there was so friendly, it seriously made my day. They were very happy to explain the differences between them and show me around. I've never written a google review before but I had to because I had such a good experience here. Thank you for helping me relax and making me smile during a pretty tumultuous time <3

The ladies in the store are so sweet and helpful! Theyre happy to make recommendations of things that will go well with what you already have or grab you a bag to hold your things. It was awesome to see an in-store bath bomb demonstration. I went in to get a few things I was interested in and got a few samples with my purchases. The samples were so good I had to go back two days later to purchase them for real!

While I had heard of the Lush brand, I had never actually tried any of their products. I went here this week for this first time, and wow the products and staff at the Fayette Mall are amazing. Went there on a Thursday to buy a bath bomb and I was given a sample of Charity Pot lotion. I am so glad the store clerk did because this is seriously the best lotion I have ever tried. I am obsessed with it and had to come back and buy a full sized on Saturday. Though they were busy Saturday night that did not stop the staff from circulating and asking if I needed help finding anything and suggesting sample choices for me. You can really tell the staff really loves and believes in the products and really wants you to have a good experience. I will add too that they are super knowledgeable of the products. This staff has made a lifelong Lush customer out of me. Thank you. I will be back, probably to purchase Charity Pot as a Mother's Day gift because it is that awesome! I will also add that is really neat that all the proceeds from Charity Pot go to support grassroots charities. I had no idea Lush supported such humanitarian projects. It makes me feel good about my purchase.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this store is and how awesome the ladies who have waited on me have been. Just ealking in feels like an indulgence and I love knowing the products are clean label. Knowing what you are using in skincare and bubble baths is such an important part of maintaing health.

I couldn't ask for a better Lush store. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and such wonderful people. They know what they're talking about and I can't say more good things about this store.

I've been to a couple Lush stores around the east coast and I couldn't recommend this one more. My experience every single time I ago (which is quite often) has been fantastic. The moment you walk through the door, they greet you like they've known you for years. They ask you what you like, what you don't like, what issues you're having etc and they go from there. Every recommendation I've been given from this store is dead on.

If you're hestitant to go, take the plunge. Even if it's to go sniff and look all the pretty stuff, I swear you won't be disappointed. Just the staff alone will make your experience 10/10.

A friend asked me to go to Lush a few months ago and described it as all natural cosmetics. I bought the Jason and the Argon Oil solid shampoo and I never plan on using another kind of shampoo again. I've been to the store two times alone since and have been smacked with a 5 star experience every time. When I went today I got to sample several different products. This could be overwhelming for some people, but I appreciate it because using all natural cosmetics is an investment. The staff is unreal cool. From my experience today I feel like Lush treats their employee's as they deserve to be treated. Please research this company it's amazing how they've eliminated the use for packaging almost. Basically, we are the Earth's cancer..
Lush is SO different and there is so much it can be confusing on what to buy based on your needs. The lady helping me today basically held my hand and explained every solid shampoo in the store to me, eliminated it down to three, and then I chose two of them.

WOW!!

My boyfriend, whom is susceptible to migraines often triggered by strong scents, bravely walked into LUSH one day on his way to work to pick out a birthday gift for me. He knows nothing about perfumes, but he knows that I like LUSH products among my arsenal of smelly things. I wish we knew the name of the sales associate that patiently worked with him to figure out a phenomenal and new-to-me perfume, called V, so that I could name-drop them here! Anyway, thanks for so kindly helping him pick out a surprise that I think smells amazing. Your customer service goes far!

I love love love this store and the super friendly staff! I visited the store yesterday, with my two toddlers in tow. Not only was I able to shop, but the wonderful staff kept my girls occupied with bubble bars and bath bombs. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful shopping experience!

Top 5 best customer service experiences I've had all my life. My girlfriend and I went in to browse for her birthday today. Immediately we were greeted with their ample efforts against COVID-19. We were offered hand sanitizer and a mask if needed. Which was nice to see.

We browsed for a moment and were approached by another employee. Her product knowledge was astounding. I was able to describe the color and texture of a product I haven't used or seen in at least 8 years and she instantly pointed out the exact product on the shelf. After realizing a new allergen of mine was a present ingredient, she started listing off other products that would achieve the same effect. After a few questions from her, she was able to point me to a new (to me) product that sounds as if it will do everything I was looking for!

The rest of the staff on the floor was surprisingly joyful, helpful, and overall just kind. The level of customer service in this particular store is a genuine unicorn in the retail world. Everyone seemed as if they actually wanted to be there.

Then to top it off, one of the employees over heard my girlfriend ask about a particular bar of soap. Unfortunately, the soap was discontinued and no longer in the register to be rung up. Despite this, an employee who over heard us ask, without any prompting from us or the employee we were being helped by, went into the back, found some of the soap in question, and simply gifted it to my girlfriend. No strings. No survey requests. Called it a "pay-it-forward" kind of deal. We were floored.

All in all, it was a genuinely pleasant experience that undoubtedly bought my return for as long as they're around. But the kicker for me? I was so genuinely impressed by the camaraderie and knowledge that I left the store wanting to work there myself.
