Great customer service! I called the Fayette Plaza store in Lexington & placed an order over the phone with Courtney & she was great! I don't live in Lexington but arranged to have my order picked up by my son. Described what I needed & she got in touch with the warehouse & made sure they had each item & size I needed. Very patient & sweet to talk to. Everyone should have a Courtney working for them!

I've always had a good experience at KY Branded but yesterday was exceptional! Courtney was so helpful when the size I needed wasn't in stock. She ordered it for me and it was ready for me to pick up the same day! My son LOVES his new shirt, too!

Called to order a birthday present for my brother. I wanted a gift basket but wanted to change one item it was showing online. Courtney was so sweet and helpful! I was willing to pay an up charge to swap out the item but they didn’t even charge extra to put together what I really wanted! I was so happy with this store service! This will be my go to store! So happy I’ve discovered it!

I went to the store to find my mother a new UK coffee mug and I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is very friendly very nice atmosphere. No sales people following you around or hounding you. There's always something new to be seen there. I'll add a photo after Christmas for obvious reasons I would think. I love this store for everything Kentucky.

Courtney was a huge help in finding me the gift I really needed. She was kind and showed me a variety of gifts to choose from and helped me to ship quickly and get there on time. Sara at the register was extremely helpful as well.

Not only have I loved everything I’ve bought here but their customer service is also phenomenal! A shirt I needed for a gift wasn’t available in the store. They placed the phone order for me and even put a rush on it so I could get it that same day before I left for a trip! Above and beyond!

I cannot say enough about this company. I live in Illinois but my heart is in Kentucky. It's an amazing place to purchase any and all my Kentucky/UK needs weather online or when I'm visiting Ky. I love the selection offered in this store. I first ordered online during the height of the pandemic. I was happy with my purchase. When the store opened I went in person and purchased masks and a few more T-shirts. The material is extremely comfortable and the sale prices were great.

Great stop for grabbing Kentucky gear! They have a wide selection and reasonable prices. This is always our first stop when looking for new UK shirts!

They had a 25-50% off sale and a 50% clearance rack. I was buying for myself and my wife, but she didn't want to come in. The sales lady let me take some shirts out to the car for her to look at. How nice!
