Great food and desserts for the pickiest people. JD Chocolate Country Milk in the glass bottle is the best chocolate milk ever.

Always clean, friendly staff, and easy in and out. Classic Whole Foods setup. Great hot bars, fresh food sections, and the bar has a nice selection to drink while you shop. I absolutely love coming here!

I always use the amazon returns station and the guy working their pretty much rocks! The check-out young lady was so helpful with me using my amazon prime via my phone.

$9.99 / lb at the salad bar is a great deal.

There are probably at least two dozen cold trays holding a variety of fruits, veggies, protein and starches to help customize your salad to your hearts desire.

If you’re like me and aren’t familiar with the salad dressing options, just politely ask a team member behind the counter if you can sample the dressings. They may oblige by giving you some small sample cups and a sample spoon to try them.

The salad bar was clean and the food looked fresh.
So let’s do our part to keep it that way.

Be aware, there is hand sanitizer and disposable gloves available near the containers.

Please be considerate and practice proper sanitation in order to reduce the risk of contaminating the food.

Having moved from a tony suburb of Chicago, Lake Forest on Lake Michigan, and a customer when Whole Foods first came to
Chicago on North Avenue and then near me, I have enjoyed shopping there for over twenty years in total. Now living in Midway I am able to shop in Lexington, but thoroughly enjoy the wonderful delivery service they have all the way to Midway! Everything is beautifully packed and the delivery staff are very efficient and helpful plus always on time. What a luxury!! I have found many prices even lower than Kroger, such as, Vermont's
creme fraiche is $8.99 at WF and $10.99 at Kroger. Beautiful fresh herbs, and the BEST whole coffee beans 365 Pacific Rim.
A custom red cake for my grandson's birthday was absolutely
beautiful and a real surprise! Having this wonderful delivery service from WF, is like having a WF in Midway!

If you didn't know, you can order a beer to walk around...and the carts have a cup holder! The product selection is really good too. Especially for those who deal with allergies. No joke... they have ORGANIC ice cubes 🤣 . I'm sure there's a market for this but it hadn't crossed my mind UNTIL I seen it! Anyways.... The service is great, bartender AND cashier! KY CBD FARMACY recommends checking out this Whole foods location. Very clean store as well, and stocked even throughout the holidays!

What a great store! I returned an Amazon item for free then got a great salad. I could have stayed for a beer and trivia. It’s a shame Bezos abuses his warehouse employees so badly but he’s running a great grocery store.

Excellent selection of items. I personally love their deli and bakery area. They have a wide selection of baked goods and flavors. The deli foods are very tasty. Especially the chicken!

My personal favorite is always their big slices of pizza. They normally have several flavors available or you can order your own pizza and customize it. I also love their selection of drinks for this store! I always buy the local chocolate milk and sparkling blood orange soda.

Staff is normally very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend stopping here for some good food, drinks, and groceries! Excellent store!

Cleanest best grocery store in town. We shop here daily. As all the best grass fed, organic, health products in town. I can’t live without olipop soda. They keep them stocked. :)

I'm visiting from LA. I'm very glad to see a Whole Food in Kentucky. Still great service,outstanding produce ,salad bar,olive and cheese bar. It has been my place to shop for years. Love it!!

Great selections for nice quality ingredients. A little pricier, but I think that's too be expected.

Whole Foods is Whole Foods...a great place to shop for great produce, etc....if you can afford it on a regular basis. Not too many of us can. However, it's the best place to shop for items that other supermarkets just don't have...fresh olives, for example. Walking out of the store with one or two items seems odd, until you begin to eat those items.

Staff is really friendly in person and on phone calls. Definitely makes you feel welcome, and values your time. Best we do the time.

I went in to return an Amazon package. Their Amazon station is so easy to use, and they have bags and a label for you to successfully make your return.

Plain graham crackers are seasonal, but they have cinnamon ones. Picked up drinks for a baptism, and the blood orange italian soda was the biggest hit!

The quality of food buffet was amazing. Food variety was really good with healthy options available.

Very nice store with a wonderful selection of hard to find quality items. Super friendly employees.
