The office staff is always kind and attentive. Saw FNP Daniels today. What a delight. She's attentive and sweet. Felt like I was heard and my concerns addressed. She's new to the team and an incredible addition!

We have been in Dr. Schlossberg care for 7 years and yes you might have to wait some time a bit more but he is the only doctor I had in a long time that cares and takes his time to listen to your concerns. He actually cares. The stuff is also great, very nice. I moved my residence but not my doctor.

Dr. Schlossberg is the ABSOLUTE best. He takes the time to listen to patients about their issues and wants to work together to find solutions. I never feel rushed when I see him (or Ehren). I have been a patient of Dr. Schlossberg for many years and I will be a faithful patient as long as he is there.

Ehren Gleckler, np, is by far one of the best Healthcare providers my husband and I have worked with. We've never been rushed or not listened to. As we get older our list of issues gets longer. He's proactive and caring. Just for reference we've never seen the doctor.

Dr Schlossberg and his staff are WONDERFUL!!! I am so lucky to have found him!!! He really cares about his patients!!

Love Dr. Schlossberg and NP. Trina McMillan. They have both been very caring and knowledgable. My whole family and even some friends go to them now. Great care every time and not much wait time either.

Fantastic staff that actually listens and care about your health.

I like Dr. Schlossberg a lot and Tina the PA and the nursing staff are also very good. But the office staff however, seems they share only one brain cell and they are often losing it.

5 stars for Dr. Scholssberg and his Advanced Practice RN Trina.
5 stars for the nursing staff.
-10 stars for the office personnel. I cannot imagine how they could be any less helpful or pleasant.

I am extremely irritated with the front office here. Had an appointment scheduled in person for 7:30 AM, text says to show up at 7:15. Nobody was there. Waited until past 7:30. Still nobody. They don't even open until 8. Called the front desk, and the woman called me a liar saying that she had the doors wide open at 7:15. Extremely unprofessional. They need to replace this woman and the woman who scheduled an appointment for when they were not open. Avoid a headache and find a doctor who can run a practice correctly because these obviously can not.

Online appointment would not work. So I called in. Said they can't make me an appointment for 5 months down the road. All because I made an appointment with another location for May. So much for trying to find out which doctor is best for me. So if I don't like the doctor in May I would have to wait another 5 months? I guess it's time to get off depression medication. Thanks NEGA!!!!!! by the way your receptionist is rude and from the looks of the other reviews I am not the 1st to complain.

Very unprofessional office staff. I needed a new primary care Dr so I could get my blood pressure meds refilled. Scheduled 2 months in advance and took a day off work (only have Sundays off) for this appointment. They waited until the day of my appointment to run insurance and when I got there they told me it couldn’t be verified. So I wasted a day of AL and gas just to be turned away because they couldn’t verify insurance (BCBS site was down from storms). Ive never had a drs office wait until the same day to verify insurance. They’ve left 3 VM saying they do take my insurance and they want to reschedule. Why would I ever go back there? I can’t waste more time off work like that. I got an alert in my chart saying they had a new visit summary. The office staff put in my chart that they tried getting in touch with me before the appointment that day. They did get in touch with me but they lady just asked me to verify that I didn’t have a Medicare plan. Never said anything else about it. Also stating that I had a new plan even though it’s not a new plan.
