I give it a five-star because of Jeremy and his son they know exactly what they're doing and they are awesome and very quick I drive 80 miles just for Jeremy and his son they are quick and they know what they are doing very professional

The manager of this store is very knowledgeable I would advise anyone with problems with their service to go visit this guy he straight to the point he knows what he's talking about and he gets the job done. The best experience ever dealing with cell phone companies is at this store compliments to the manager

I'm having issues with my phone. Called the location told them my issue. He said come see us if you can. So I go. A guy happens to be outside. I'm handicapped and would have had a hard time getting out due to parking. So the guy came over to my van and looked at my phone. Tried several things and still picture messages wouldn't send. Very nice guy. My phone issue will hopefully be resolved when my new billing cycle starts.

Wonderful and knowledgeable service. Jeremy and Bill answered all of my questions and fixed a problem neither Apple Tech Support nor Samsung could fix. I have been there numerous times and each time they are patient and professional with me!

Jeremy is awesome and his son, anytime I have gone in their store they are always very helpful and solve whatever problems may be on my phone, this is the only store I will go to. Highly recommend them.

Really fast and cheap! Before coming here i went to apple store they said $149+tax. Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed for just $60 & in less than 20 mins. Would recomend this store to all my friends & relatives. Awesome customer service & good quality products. A+++++

Jeremy is the "BEST" ive had almost every provider there is alot of them more than once..hes taken care of every problem with my many phones through metro he tells you what the promblem is before u can finish telling him whats wrong. Amazing to say the least. Ive been to other providers and other metro stores where there is 2 or 3 employees and ask a question and get 2 or 3 different answers and most of the time there wrong..If he every leaves metro i will too. Hes one man doing a job that 3 cant do. Polite and has a quirky sense of humer. He never makes u feel stupid asking questions. I never have to wait for him to quit dancing around the store or waiting for him to get off his personal cell phone like in the other store .. yea u winder store. Metro i hope u know who u have and compensate him for what hes worth ...if you need a loan ill give u one.

Jeremy is the best and politest guy you'll ever deal with, there's no problem he cannot solve on any phone, definitely visit this place and meet him
