The Grove on Southlake

My family and I have seen and experienced the staff changes here at the Grove over the years. I am confident to say that the women in the leasing office show expert customer service and support.

They are professional, organized and responsive. We can be sure any concerns will be handled quickly and efficiently. So I give them a huge thank you with great appreciation for the attention, assistance and personable service.

I’ve been at the Grove on southlake since 2019, and I’m not a complainer but the previous leasing agents were terrible, I HATE IT THEM!! But babbbbyyyyyy the ladies in there now are THE BOMB. Pleasant and very helpful. Patient and understanding. I hope they stay. They made my transfer easy and simple. Tica has been a pleasure to work with. The apartments are newly renovated and maintenance response time is superb! It’s quiet and clean. I’ve enjoyed my stay. Ask for Tica!

I went to look at a 2 bd 2b today and Jhourdon was very professional and informative. She answered all of my questions and was very transparent and patient. I'm looking forward to living in that community. When I viewed the apartment it felt like home.

I had a very pleasant experience with the leasing process. The leasing agent Tica has been very helpful and on top things during the process.

I have been living here for almost three years. I was not too happy with the former management team; however, since the change, it feels like a burden has been lifted. Home feels like, "Home Sweet Home." I especially appreciate Ashley! I had an issue recently with Flex; she worked with me, relieving my concern. I found her to be pleasant, understanding, professional, and responsive to my need as a tenant. Should I say more? Maintenance is quick!!

Ashley is one of those people that you can tell she genuinely loves doing what she does, helping, and interacting with customers. 10/10 experience leasing with Ashley! She was an absolute joy to work with and made the leasing process as quick as possible while working with my schedule and finding the best option for my budget. I highly recommend this location as well as her services! Even after leasing I’ve been able to contact her to get small concerns handled in a timely matter.

I have been in my wonderful apartment home almost a year . We have new leasing agents . They are sooo amazing. Now when I make a call they always answer to assisted . Ms.Ashley is always being so warm and welcoming . I’m so thankful so the support and all of the updates we receive on what is going on in our community. My experience here is a 10/10 . Management (Ms. Simmons) is phenomenal at customer service. It is because of her I moved into my lovely apartment. The community is nice and quiet. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance does a great job at communication and acting quickly. Customer service is key anywhere you go and this apartment community excel in all areas.

I’ve been living in this complex for almost 3yrs and Ashley is the best community manager yet! Had an issue with the lease and Ashley was so accommodating and helped me resolve the problem really quick. Ashley is a 10/10 and I would recommend using her for the quickest results. Thanks Ashley!!

Moved in process was smooth, apt was clean. Staff is very professional and helpful. Clean grounds. 10/10 definitely recommend.

All the ladies in the leasing office are always professional & kind but Jhourdon is extremely patient, helpful &knowledgeable!

I’ve been looking for somewhere new to move for weeks now and was referred here by a current tenant. The overall layout of the complex is nice and the units are very spacious. A great price considering the amount of amenities that come with a unit. They are all electric and newly renovated. Even the customer service was great. I was greeted exceptionally well from phone conversation to meeting in person. Mariah’s customer service was an experience that I have never gotten from any of the complexes I have visited. She was by far the greatest and I look forward to becoming a future tenant.

I want to thank the leasing team at the Grove on Southlake! Mr. Jennings was a true gem--kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and assistive. Even though my situation did not require renting the apartment, my call back to The Grove resulted in another caring staff member who was equally kind and patient. Providing customer service can be difficult and when you have had challenging experiences you can appreciate the extra attention this staff has given.

The Grove on Southlake is a wonderful place to live. Always professional and the grounds are always clean. If I have a problem they try to get it resolved as fast as possible. Ashley, Carla and Taylor are wonderful.

Living here has been a pleasant experience. Although the gate is sometimes broken, the office staff works quickly to get it repair. The apartments and grounds are nice and clean. The community is very quiet. The office staff has always been professional and courteous. As long as you maintain communication with them, they will go above and beyond to assist you. I recommend living here.

When I tell you I visited the leasing office yesterday to inquire about a three bedroom. The customer service that I received from Ashley was amazing!! She was so personable and relatable that I almost didn’t want to leave !!!

Moved in last week, process was smooth, apt was clean. Had two minor issues that I put in a service request for, standing by to see turn the around time. Besides that the staff was professional and well groomed, grounds were clean. Did most of the process online. So far so good, would recommend
