Avis Car Rental

I had a wonderful time car shopping with Joel. We arrived and realized there were some mixups from the third party company the use to make appointments and some inventory was not available that we didn’t know about. However, Joel helped find me a great car and exactly what I was looking for. He was patient and ready to help all the time. And they gave us a great deal on a great car. Thanks Joel!!!

Jason was the best! I previously had reservations with the Stockbridge location and the young lady was very rude. Called the morrow location and Jason took care of me. If you’re looking to rent from Avis go to the Morrow location and ask for Jason. Very helpful and polite

As a first time car buyer at Avis I must say no better place to truly go to own your own car the manager was indeed very friendly and made sure I got what I wanted and Ms PURNELL Joel y’all get at him when you go there he very professional and again he also makes sure u get your needs I was approve in one day and payment is reasonable monthly I would definitely say Avis is the place to go

They have been awesome. I've been needing a rental car for about six weeks now, and until I can buy car I will continue to need a rental, and they have just been great. I would recommend them any day.

Since the general public is not allowed to comment on people's reviews, I'm going to make one or two points here that I believe people will find important if they are reading some of the more negative reviews.

It may look like there's a lot of cars there for rent but please note they have a very small section that is rental most of the cars are Avis sales, which means they are no longer available for rental use. That would be so they can purchase newer vehicles for you to rent. Secondly I'm sure this is not the only business you have ever dealt with where the computerized side and The human side somehow did not connect. Just because there was a glitch in the technical systems of the Avis corporation as related to the morrow rental, does not mean those wonderful employees are responsible for the glitch. Reservations done through the app or online go through a corporation computer system, and there's no way to guarantee that it updates in real time, even if it is supposed to.

So please let me repeat myself from the beginning of my, at the Morrow Avis they are awesome.! If you are expecting the world no rental location our company will provide it.

And for the person who said they didn't get their fees back in a timely manner, that is your bank not Avis. I started a new reservation yesterday, and my security deposit was back in my account by end of day.

Great experience at this location. Jason accommodated me really well due to not having the car I originally chose to rent. Was in and out in no time.

Labor Day weekend the young gentleman that assisted me in getting me into a vehicle was extremely helpful and professional.
Went above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos. The manager on duty sunday when i returned the vehicle was also on point and courteous. Top Notch Employees!!!!!!!

Okay, where do I start. So, last Friday I was headed to an appointment and as soon as I could accelerate from interchanging highways my truck was decelerating. I was one exit from Mercedes Benz South, which by the way is awesome too. Mercedes didn't have any loaners. And, if you ever come to Atlanta on a weekend it's almost impossible to get a rental. I was searching on my phone and Avis, at the time, showed availability. I did my online reservation, ordered a Lyfte and I was off to Morrow. However, when I got there the young lady said she didn't see my reservation, she called a nice young man and he said he left me a message, which I didn't see any missed calls. Needless to say I was told that they didn't have a car for me, I almost started to cry. Then the young man said if you can wait 15 to 20 minutes and if someone doesn't show up I'll give you a reservation. Well I did and I got a car. My truck was repaired early. It was smooth taking it back, getting a receipt. Everyone there was very nice and helpful as they could be in my situation.... Just AWESOME!!! 🤗🤗

Five stars but was closed at scheduled drop-off. The owner of the sales suggested I leave the keys in the car in front of other people. I called Avis customer service and was told to keep the car until the next day. I was there a half hour before 9 and the employee arrived at 8:59. He stated that he intended to call me the day prior to tell me their location closed at 2.

My daughter made her 1st purchase today and had a great experience. They gave us room to look and very patient as she went back and forth finding exactly what she wanted. A big shout out to Mr. Savage and Mr. Ford for an easy and smooth purchase.

I had an awesome experience here! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Joel and Gerardo helped me out. I will be bringing my family there to trade in their cars and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

My experience at Avis Car Rental was FANTASTIC. The representative greeted me with a smile and quickly completed my rental. My car was very clean. At first I could not figure out how to turn on the motor (it was one of the new, luxury cars with the ignition in the dashboard area..haha!!!. So I called Avis from the parking area and asked if someone could help me turn on the car. Practically before I hung up, a representative was there to help me crank up the car. He stayed for a minute and asked if I needed additional assistance.

I was impressed that he was a young man, very professional and personable. When I returned from my trip I needed a ride home. Another young man drove me home. He was just as professional as the other young man. Excellent!!!

Not only was the customer service great but the car was a really smooth ride.

I don't want to rent from anyone else anymore since I started going here. They are helpful and work with you. Great customer service from the young man with the dreads. He's quick and knows what he's doing.

Best car dealership that I’ve ever been to, drove off in a brand new vehicle in an hour & change. Albert my sales associate was great & Gerardo the Finance fantastic as well. I would recommend to anyone trying to get a car

I had a great experience renting my car with the agent Shalonda. She said my money that's on hold will be put back on my card this thursday 11/12/20. When I rented my car online with uber eats, it didn't say I had to pay a deposit. Good morning, The nice agents took my payment off my debit card. I'm current on my rental payment. Thank you

Amazing! Three rentals at this location and three amazing experiences. Jason is awesome. Amazingly professional service! He was knowledgeable and efficient. This is my first written review for this location. I normally rent from the Atlanta airport location because it is closer. However, I do not mind the additional drive time for this type of service!

This was a very smooth and simple transaction. The salesman ( Mr. JD ) and team went out of their way to find us another car after the one we were interested in sold a day before we had made plans to come in.
