Awesome store! Full of black figurines, black theme items, black author books(kids and adults), fraternity and sorority clothing, Historical Black College clothing, calenders etc. Combined with great customer service. The shop is a black experience within itself.

Great book store I can stay in there for hours and hours. I purchased children books on starting a business. My friend purchased two dvd's. I purchased two of the owners children's books and he signed his autograph.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome. I was waiting for my daughter to call and pick a specific color graduation stole and he was friendly, helpful and kind. The store has a plethora of great books for infant to adult. Their Greek section was AMAZING! I will definitely be back. They have so many great products it will take a couple trips. This is NOT your typical bookstore this place is an EXPERIENCE OF BLACK EXCELLENCE!

Marcus is very welcome and very gracious! I truly enjoyed my time set up outside his store for an Author Meet and Greet! And if you need Greek Apparel, this is the place to come!

First visit. Miles, Spider-Man, comics and more, tarot and books and some. The calendar I purchased is filled with black history information. I'll be back

Nubian Bookstore is an important part of the Atlanta & Morrow Georgia Black community. Marcus the owner is a champion of literacy and bringing the opportunity of the Black experience through books to the community.

I did a few book signings with Marcus when he had the store in the mall, and I've also done a booksigning at the new location last year at the Southlake Festival shopping center. He's always interested in having independent Black authors come through with their books and do signings. He also purchases books from Black authors and small presses. The store is a great experience for readers, and Black authors and I'm looking forward to doing more events with Marcus and Nubian Bookstore.

If you're in the Atlanta and Morrow, GA area stop through as the store carries a huge selection of children's, teens, adult fiction, nonfiction, sorority and fraternity clothing and accessories.

I give Nubian Bookstore 5 stars because it's been around for two decades whereas Black bookstores come and go year to year.

Marcus is so nice ! This store has soooo many great books and also you can buy really nice shirts and other cool items. My brother got a few books and my niece got a coloring book and Marcus signed it. He’s the author . 5/5. Will be coming again

Love this spot! It's well laid out. The owner hosts community events like school supplies for children. There's always something new related to the community. I found out about "Fishers of Men", a great seafood place(BOB), through a flyer the owner gave me. Many authors come to the store and tell you about their books. I've gotten some great graphic novels written by Black people with Black characters. They have a very very large assortment of children's books related to self esteem. I would suggest if you have little chocolate babies and teens, bring them to this store and let them grab a book written for them by people who love our children.

I absolutely loved this book store. I was headed to TJ Maxx, when I saw the store sold Greek Paraphernalia. I'm so glad I went in. I could have spend half a day in there. The book selection amazing. They had plenty of Greek items to choose from. The displays we well set up. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The cashier was very friendly. If you are in Atlanta, this is a book store you much check out.

The place is your destination to Greek apparel and books they have a big selection to choose from as well as a friendly staff I purchased a shirt and a license plate for myself will definitely be returning in the future for my Greek gear.
