Rio At Lenox

I love my apartment. The manager and the people are nice, They work with you in so many ways. My neighbors are all cool and haven’t had any complaints since I’ve been living there. I’ll recommend a few of my friends to move there also. Thank you for having me as a tenant. 😘😊

This was an absolute amazing experience.
Fast simple and customer service was outstanding.
All questions that needed to be answered were answered by management before application process was initiated.

Every body in the office made me feel welcome and at home. Glad I chose Rio at Lenox as my new apartment to live at !!!

I've lived here for about 3 years and in the last few months things have really changed. Maintenance has gotten better, the area has become much safer and new management are friendly and very helpful. Laura, Maritza and Vanessa and the rest of the staff at the leasing office were able to solve my unit issues in a matter of days or less whereas previous management would not even bother. I give this place 5 stars if you're looking to live in Atlanta and still be just 10 minutes away from everything the city has to offer. Great management, nice units and only a few minutes from the highway.

Maritza was great. Very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions with a smile. She made the whole experience so easy and seamless

Vanessa, the new manager here, is always so friendly. She's reliable whenever you need her and she is on top of everything, there's never a minute that I doubt if she can handle something. She is an amazing manager and a great friend, along with the leasing crew.

I have beeen living in this property since 2016 and I like this apartment. Is comfortable and nice!!! The neigboorhood is pretty quiet. When I have a work request I called the manager and she send the maintenance guy. They are very friedly. I love my apartment!!!! : )

Laura, Vanessa, and Marritza are an amazing team. They do everything they can to turn this place around, I know in the near future that they'll get these apartments all the way to a five star review.

I love Greenleaf Management and I lived in Rio Vista Apartments for 9 years! YEAH that's right.. 9 years! They provide great service and the manager Sandra is the sweetest and always makes sure to have that beautiful smile on her face when I walk in the office. She always works very hard. I will recommend this place to everyone and I'm upset that I'm leaving. I will miss Sandra and Pablo a lot. Thank you.

Me and my husband moved in Rio Vista Apartments on Buford Highway at the end of Dec 2017. I really love our maintenance man Pablo. I can summit a request for anything in need looked at in the apartment and he comes with 24 hours ( depending when summit)
Our property manager Sandra is the sweetest person. She was eager to help me learn the ropes when it came to the laundry card and how it works. Being here is probably the first time I’ve felt at home since I’ve been in Atlanta (2007). Thanks to all staff at Rio Vista for helping us feel at home

I just moved to this area and I really like my apartment. Everything is clean and the management was friendly! Not too happy about old appliances but still a good place to live.

New management has very friendly well organized staff. Things are taken care of as soon as you call or let them know of any issues or concerns you may have.

Im very pleased with how the management is operating the complex at the moment, the maintenance guy has been very helpful and The grounds have been kept nicely.

Property here is beautiful.The maintenance is quick to resolve any issues and the office staff is caring!

I am a new tenant and i just wanna say i love the place its quiet peaceful and ducked off pablo and sandra made sure i got into my apartment comfortably and that i was happy with my livin arrangement i love u guys and hope for many more years to come

Good changes around the community since the new manager started. I have some issues in my apartment but they are already working on it

Management made living here a very smooth transition. Very good place to live and great area as well.

Ever since new management took over they have much better service,frienly staff and definitely better maintenance.

I really recommend this Property. I moved to Rio 2 years ago and the property is pretty quiet and accessible to many places..

The complex has improved a lot! Specially the landscaping, everything looks clean and beautiful!

Definitely recommend this place! Management makes living here great!
