The Brady Apartments

I have nothing but good things to say about the Brady and the staff. From the application process and forward it has been one of the best experiences with renting apartments, and I've rented a few... I moved into Brady a month ago and the unit I moved into was having an issue due to the restaurant underneath. The maintenance team was in my unit within 10 minutes of reporting a problem, and have worked consistently with getting it resolved. Management ended up moving me to a different unit because the issue required the building engineer to be involved. I am not sure I have ever had this level of service from an apartment complex before. Mind Blown.

Sept 2016. The place is amazing, the studio is more than enough for two people, everything looks like brand new and there is even free coffee at the front desk and at the club on top of the building (with a pool table, free AC and free WiFi). You must see it, the pool, the landscape of the city, the landscape of the city (I must say it twice) and everything!
The gym is nice, although quite small and there are too few big machines.

May 2017. There is no coffee anymore at the club on the rooftop.

Jan 2021. Lived here for 4.5 years, moved out because had to change city. It is indeed a great place to live and the current admin team is just the best.

I moved my daughter into Brady Apts recently. The experience was was great and she loves living there. They have a great staff and Property Manager. Would definitely recommend!

Society is little old. Apartment are newly renovated and equipped with new equipment’s . Maintenance is time consuming and take around a week to execute. Staff is good and kind. Amenities and cultural are safe and good.

This is easily the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living in, and the margin by which is vast! The Brady was the first complex I lived in when I moved to Atlanta, from Day 1 the leasing and management team has by far been the best group of people I ever have worked with, and have had work with me. The team and leadership go above and beyond all expectation to deliver customer service that I seldom experience in any avenue.

Any complaints I've had in the past (and they don't happen often) were always addressed within the day. The team has even gone so far as to work with outside vendors to ensure problems are resolved promptly.

Apart from the team, the facility is impeccable. The architect/builders of this complex were SMART! Space is utilized in the best of ways, you almost never hear your neighbors (above and side to side), and the rooftop views are breathtaking. I can guarantee you the rooftop pool is incomparable to anything in all of Atlanta!

With the Westside of Midtown further growing, this is at the heart of what will probably become "Millennial Central". You have culture, GREAT food, the best in shopping (both down the street at 14th & Howell Mill, as well as <2 Mi away at Atlantic Station). And the way that The Brady integrates community as a whole, you and your fellow residents get a front row seat to a thriving community.

For those that complain about crime, yes, there is some (very little) crime in the area. I have NEVER had any issues, I run late at night, and I'm always out and about, I have NEVER felt unsafe in the complex nor in its surrounding facilities. The Brady management team takes crime and safety with the utmost importance to the extent that the building has been outfitted with state-of-the-art security cameras, round the clock security patrols, installing security measures (like activating alarms, and installing hardened door frames) all free of charge to the residents!

Apart from the amenities & staff, which are the best, bar none, the apartments come with spacious walk-in-closets (most that have the washer & dryer in the closet), huge garden tubs, beautiful kitchens with quartz countertops, and depending on the unit, smart home features like USB Power Outlets, Nest Thermostats, and Ethernet plugs throughout.

I have loved living here, so much so that I anticipate living in this complex for many years (that's right years) to come! For anyone that gave a ranking lower than 4, you're foolish and if you have an issue don't just sit on it and then rant about it on Google like some type of troll, talk to the management team and fix your problems.

I should have never moved lol. The location was perfect!! This was one of best places I’ve lived. There are many shops, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. I never had any issues living here. I will say the guest parking is annoying but you just have to do your due diligence and call the office ahead of time.

Bret and the entire team have taken great care of me. They have given me plenty of information and I hope I am able to move in soon!

The Brady has been our home for just about a year now so I feel like I can draw some conclusions. Overall, it is a fantastic place to live! Management is super responsive and helpful, especially if you pop into the office every once in a while - Debi is a rockstar! We transferred to a larger unit and they were able to provide support and a few days of carryover time to make sure we had the time to lug our things between the two. The Brady is a perfect place to call home :)

I've lived at The Brady for just over a year and have had a great experience here. The leasing office personnel are very kind, and
worked with me to find an apartment that fit in my price range. I once received a call from them when they noticed that my water bill was higher than normal. They offered to send someone up to check for a leak, and offered a refund for the difference if they found one.The leasing offices at other apartments I've lived in have all left a bad taste in my mouth, which is why I'm especially pleased with the office here.

The amenities are nice and clean, and the maintenance team are routinely quick to answer maintenance requests. The apartments have new appliances and are chic yet comfortable. I've always felt very safe here, with gated parking and secure access at all entry points.

I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

Robert went above and beyond to meet my move-in expectations! He was very accommodating and he found me the best condo on the top floor with a view for an affordable price, including a convenient move in date! The whole staff is so welcoming, friendly, and attentive to your needs as a resident. This place has a nice view of the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I enjoy the quiet neighbors, amenities lounge, grill and large pool with cabanas, (restaurants-walking distance) and the shopping centers nearby.

After doing a search of apartments in West Midtown, Midtown and Cumberland area I decided on The Brady and moved in approx 5 months ago. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and would do it all over again. Seth (no longer there) helped me out and did a great job. The others in the office have always been friendly. Below are the highlights and room for improvements:
PRO: Apartment - My actual living space is pretty neat. I like the counter tops, light fixtures, floors and the light entering through my southside facing balcony.
Maintenance - In my time here I've put in 2 requests. 1 for an air filter and the second for drainage and a filter. In my most recent request it was handled the SAME day. Impressive.
Pool - This speaks for itself. Look at the pictures. The pool can be over policed at times when it's not busy but I understand the "rules". Management will even leave a case or two of brews in the club house for the adult residents to enjoy from time to time.
Neighborhood- As an area it's developing to one of the best parts of the city. The Brady sits on one of the best intersections with access to the best restaurants and shops around.

Needs Improvement:
Parking - As a resident parking is pretty good. 75% of the time I park on my floor level and have easy access. I have ALWAYS been able to park behind the gate. The frustrating part is having guest. Street parking is not always safely available. Management should consider a way to let guests park safely in our garage. Many of the buildings in Midtown do.
Price - Interested to see where it goes with the completion of several other buildings close by in midtown and west side provisions.

Living here has been a very pleasant experience. The apartment units are clean and have a nice modern touch, and the amenities are great too. The staff is also incredibly friendly, and have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me with issues and make me feel welcome. The location is great too, as there are many restaurants nearby.

Ill be honest this is one of the best places to live u got everything near plus u got all the amenities like the pool the gym i work out alot so that great and the staff is just the best they make u feel welcomed and at home specially iteya . totally recommend it

Great location in the heart of Atlanta. Fantastic amenities and friendly staff. Apartment complex is newly built and has no sound bathroom ventilators and all new appliances which is very nice. My only critiques are the construction outside that wakes me up at 7am in the morning and the occasional pee stains left by my neighbor's pets. Otherwise, Brady is a nice home for anyone looking to experience the city life in atlanta, live couple blocks away from GA tech or live steps away from top notch restaurants. Shoutout to Robert who was of great help and had an awesome attitude while meeting my needs.

Everyone who works in the front office at The Brady is wonderful, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Robert.

Since the day I moved in, he has been nothing but kind, considerate, and attentive. Anytime I bring him an issue, he has a plan of action ready to go and is always happy to provide me updates along the way to the eventual solution. His professionalism, timeliness, and willingness to go above and beyond in his daily work make living at The Brady a great experience (especially while we're in the middle of a pandemic!).

Hands down best place to live in West Midtown. Affordable pricing, solid amenities, huge bedrooms, closets and bathrooms, and a really great management office. The Brady puts in that extra bit of effort to make a great living community in the heart of West Midtown, free from the headaches of other complexes. Robert and Debi have really taken care of us which is a breath of fresh air to find good affordable service in the city!

Not only one of the best locations in mid-town with the best rooftop pool w/ incredible views but to top it off the leasing staff is phenomenal! The customer service here has been great from the moment I moved in. All the staff members are always very friendly & Robert in particular always stops what he’s doing to make sure you have what you need & resolves issues from minor to major very quickly. Great place to stay!

I have had a very postive experience living here. The view from the pool is amazing, and the rooftop has some amazing art. The location here is amazing as well for students to go to either GT or Georgia State and for working professionals. The bars, restaurants are some of the best food you will have in Atlanta. The Optimist, food terminal, West Egg are some of my favorite places and they are all a walking distance away. More importantly though, the people that work here are amazing. If you treat the staff with respect, pay your bills on time, and are a good resident, they will go out out your way to make sure you are comforta

I've lived at The Brady for almost a year now. It's a great location, community, and walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and things to do in Atlanta. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful to work with especially, Robert. He is always helpful, patient, and is constantly going above and beyond.
