Arlo Decatur Apartments

My husband and I moved in about two weeks ago with our dog and are absolutely loving our experience at Arlo so far. Princess, the leasing manager, truly went above and beyond for us throughout the move-in process. She is kind, helpful, proactive, and the world would be a better place if everyone were a little more like Princess! Adric, Chris, and all other staff are fantastic as well. We’ve felt extremely safe, as the property is in a great area and is very well-secured. The location is unbeatable with so many great restaurants, bars, and walking trails/paths right outside your door. Arlo is very clean, the package pickup system is secure and easy, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Princess was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful during my renewal process. She answered every question, quickly and efficiently. She always smiled and showed a very charismatic attitude while conversing. I highly recommend visiting Arlo Decatur if you are looking for a new place to stay. Make sure you ask for Princess, as she is very informative and pleasant.

Chartez is one of the best tour guides I have ever met! He is kind and charming and has shown genuine interest in us beyond securing us for renting. I could tell instantly just from how he acted that he has a good soul and I appreciate all he did for us. The building is absolute perfection — clean, smells good, the units are sweet and spacious, the amenities are absolutely incredible, and the community and neighborhood is just so calm and lovely. I cannot wait to move in!

This property is located in a great neighborhood and the property management team here is really great!! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and they have such a laid back style and most importantly they didn’t try to oversell me they are genuinely honest people! Kudos to Chartez he has an amazing smile!! And our tour on was just honestly refreshing go see them today! Awesome place!!

My experience with leasing an apartment here went pleasantly well. Chartez went above and beyond to help me find the right unit. He gave a great tour of the complex and was even more helpful guiding me through the whole process. The staff here make it very easy.

Moving into an apartment on my own for the first time in my life was intimidating and a little scary—and I couldn’t imagine being able to do it without the support of the amazing staff at ARLO. From Adric in management addressing every need, big or small, or Princess being the most dependable and enthusiastic source of help for any questions from the very beginning, or Tony in maintenance, always going the extra mile with a friendly face.

Chartez did an AMAZING job giving me a tour of Arlo. Very professional and thorough with answering all of my questions. I loved the amenities and the rooms looked great.

Been in touch with Chartez regarding my move in August. He was super helpful in showing me around, walking me through all my options and advising me on the best way to move forward, laying out all the options for me to make the best decision.

Love Arlo! It's a gorgeous property with top notch amenities. The staff is super friendly and there is always something fun going on. It's secure and clean and very safe.

Jake and the staff at Arlo are the best! Very friendly and accommodating! We got a thorough and knowledgeable tour of the complex. All of the amenity spaces are cool, roomy and very clean! They are renovating some areas which in my opinion, look GREAT right now, including just put in brand new carpet in the hallways. We are enjoying the impeccable clean apartment and all the close Restaurants, shops, entertainment all in walking distance!!

Chartez Bailey was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable professional and polite. This would be a wonderful place to consider to live.

Today I was walking around the neighbourhood when I was approached by a gentleman named Chartez Bailey who introduced him self as the assistant community manager of arlo apartments and he let me know all about the amazing amenities arlo had to offer even took the time to sit and go over all the application paperwork with me I loved his warm personality!

I have never had such attentive maintenance staff. When my AC went out, the staff came to my apartment the very next morning to fix it. Location is phenomenal, walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Decatur.

I just moved into the Arlo this week from out of state for a new job and things have been amazing. Jasmyn has been exceptional ever since the tour I had with her last month when I visited Atlanta/Decatur. She was transparent about everything and answered all the questions I had about the apartment complex. When I was having unexpected issues while going through the move-in application process, she readily assisted me, mediating with the property management to make sure that things would work out for me. My landlord in my previous place was impossible to contact so I know how stressful it can be if the management is not accessible, and I am seriously so grateful for Jasmyn and the Arlo team!

The apartment complex is clean, and personally I have not seen any trash build up anywhere. The amenities are great, the gym is perfect for getting a good workout in, and the apartment comes with a parking spot in the garage included in the rent. The location is ideal with a ton of restaurants and shops nearby. I also love my unit. Lots of natural light (I have a south-facing window), and I love the peaceful view outside. Even though I'm not on a top floor, I haven't experienced any noise issues. I have compared with literally 30+ other apartments nearby and in other neighborhoods, and you honestly can't find better prices for the quality. Thank you Arlo, I'm very excited to call this my new home! :)

Totally dig the location. Very convenient to several small businesses and at the heart of downtown. I especially like the convenience to Twains and the Korean BBQ place.

Hospitable, Kind, and very open and responsive to questions! Beautiful property.
