Music On Main Street

I've not been inside the facility, but they have live music once a month and we went tonight. For $20 you can hear great music just bring your chairs and booze and it's a great night. I works absolutely go back. Things to know:
- it's in a backyard. Wear sensible shoes
- bring chairs or a blanket to sit
- being bug spray
- bring drinks/snacks
- there is a port a potty
- parking is free

My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Jim. Her abilities just continue to flourish. I'm absolutely stunned everytime I hear her play. Our recital this year was an exciting time to showcase what she learned. Just wonderful. You won't be disappointed here

This little backyard music venue has become a real hidden treasure in Gwinnett....shady, comfortable space, friendly patrons who know their tunes, and a level of musical talent that's impossible to top for the small cover charge....love what these nice folks have done for our community! BYOB, a picnic basket, lawn chairs and a few friends...great way to relax in our own backyard on a Saturday evening!

I have two kids who are students at Music on Main and five stars for our experience. Not only are my kids learning technical and artistic skills from MOMS, but they've received homework and project help and space to record outside of the normal business hours. MOMS is super accomodating and helpful and gives great recommendations related to equipment also. I have one kid who is violin and another who has taken viola, guitar, and voice lessons at MOMS. No complaints in our years being clients!!!! I recommend MOMS to anyone and credit MOMS with helping my kid stick with her instruments since her first time picking up an instrument was during COVID when school instruction was online. Her face to face lessons at MOMS helped make sure she had a strong foundation and that her concerns were met with positive reinforcement. We know the teachers did the best they could but it is hard to give individualized instruction to an orchestra or guitar class, for instance.

Jim at Music on Main Street is AMAZING! He worked with my older son on guitar and my younger son on piano. He is so patient and kind- the kids love working with him!

MoM has been a very influential place for me. I went in on the verge of quitting my instrument. However, over the few years of me going to MoM I've grown to love music again. The people and the teachers here are some of the most amazing musicians and people and have the ability to bring life and love to music.

Love Music On Main Street. Both my young boys are learning piano here. Reasonable fees and nice people!

My first experience at this place was tonight, Saturday night live music. The environment was really cool and it was a down to Earth group of people. I might have to join the music school to learn a few new Blue's guitar licks after what I heard tonight. The let a young girl (13ish) play lead guitar for one song and she rocked it! Great music for Lilburn. Good hanging out!!

Music on Main Street is changing lives through music. It is truly the heart of downtown Lilburn, creating events that allow us to celebrate our community. Scott and Alicia are great to work with and have enlisted top-notch musicians to share their talents with willing students. The grounds that surround the mom-n-pop shop are charming and the house is home for so many music students, young and old alike. We are so grateful to the Mecredy family for planting their dream in Lilburn!

My entire family really appreciates a venue like MOMS! from the music store, to lessons, to community involvement, and performances, this is one of my favorite places!

Very cozy outdoor venue that is intimate and engaging, various well known local musicians, donation system, byob which is awesome and a great crowd of people that become Family.

With a cozy intimate atmosphere, it is the nicest spot for a concert in Lilburn.

These people are just real people sharing their love of music and love of the people who are touched by the art of sound.

A much needed break from the world is to be found in the backyard at Music On Main Street.
