Hillview Family Diner

Very delicious food.
Today I tried the chicken fried biscuit with gravy.
The country ham biscuit.
And the daily special fried catfish with onion rings and slaw.

Eaten here several time and have never been disappointed. Best catfish around. Highly recommend

Excellent Taste. There was a little bit of a wait, but after we got seated and got our food, it was well worth the wait. Biscuits weren't dry and had a good flavor, and the amount of food you got for the price. We will definitely be back next time we are through the area.

The staff were super friendly and the food was seasoned super well. Great catfish. Bangin greens.

While I was concerned when I walked in...whether I'd be welcomed. No issues came about.
This was our 1st time here...won't be our last. So hard finding delicious home cooking. We got meatloaf/mash potatoes/homey and liver onions/mashed potatoes/okra. Both were delicious. We were served by grandma, she was polite.

Wonderful home cooking, the sausage and saurkraut was wonderful and my mom loved the liver and onions! Lots of veggies to choose from! Also lots of ice cream and desserts! The pinto beans were full of ham pieces! I think you can get breakfast all day! The service was quick and polite and helpful! Great hidden gem!

I'm originally from Indiana where the Breaded Pork Tenderloins are very famous for, why you are unable to find them around this area really fumbuzzles me, especially outside the gates of Ft. Knox. Well the Tenderloin was very good and tasty and I highly recommend that anyone that anyone goes to the Diner to check it out. I was very happy with it.

Love the little mom n pop diners! This place is a gem. Breaded pork tenderloin, fries & drink for 10 bucks. Great flavor and thick enough for you guys who like em thicker. Fries are good too. Clean place and fantastic friendly service from Samantha. The guy sitting next to me got the liver and onions and said that's really good also. Trying that next time!

Fabulous meal, Steak cutlet with 2 sides. Good value. The portions were just the right sizes. But, be advised...Sunday After church is going to mean a wait. The place was hopping

I ordered chicken livers, collard greens and hominy. It was all fantastic. The livers were perfect and the gravy delicious. The greens seemed fresh. It was like eating at my mom's. My husband got two chili dogs with fresh onions and cheese. Food was very good.

My fiance and I split their buttermilk pancakes and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. They were really good! The staff are friendly. Good people there. They serve ice cream too. Will be back for more.

Great home style cooked meals. If you like country dinners this place should be the first on your list. Good service. Slow down and stop by if you are not in a hurry. Breakfast, lunch or dinner

Hillview Family Diner has not only the best breakfast that you could ask for but their dinner is great too!
If there is a wait at the door it is well worth it!

Fantastic family owned establishment...had Breakfast there at 8:20 a.m. on Sunday and the Diner was packed. It was the best French Toast of my life!!! Powder sugar and syrup 😋 The Best!! Community Coffee and delicious 🥓 bacon!! Make a point to stop in!!

This northerner had an amazing breakfast at Hillview! Had the country ham, biscuits and gravy and grits. Did not disappoint!

Great experience, good prices, good mood, our waitress ( can’t remember her name) was very nice and sweet with my child… We are coming back often, for sure.
