Sign at the entrance says 30 minute free parking for charging Teslas. Be aware that if you go even literally ONE SECOND past 30 minutes, you’ll be charged $12 on the way out when you scan your ticket. Happened to me over the weekend, and I showed the attendant at the booth my ticket which had a 7:01pm entry time and I was at the exit gate at 7:31pm. Instead of understanding or lifting the gate free of charge, the attendant’s response was, “You’re the fourth person that’s happened to today. You gotta do what you gotta do.” Absolutely absurd.

I was there for a few minutes over an hour on a Sunday afternoon, when there is free parking in Decatur. There were no spaces available near enough for me to walk with an injured knee. It cost me $12. It is outrageous!

Sign said 12 per day but we were 10 minutes past midnight and they charged TRIPLE that, $36 without a warning. Please give us refund or warn future customers. Thanks

Do not charge your Tesla here. They’re running a grift and I’m reporting it to whoever I can. They charge you 12 dollars if you go even a minute over, but they lure you in with the free 30 minutes. Obviously Teslas take more to charge, that’s why I tried to leave a bit earlier. My fault for going the wrong way in the parking deck, but that caused me to be 2 minutes late.

I got someone to open the gate for me, as I wasn’t paying 12 dollars.

Again DO NOT charge your car here. The lady I called on the help box patronized me by saying “you got to charge your car for free buddy”. Charging isn’t free. Get educated.

This is probably the worst parking deck I’ve ever been to. When we tried to pay and leave, we sat for 45 minutes with only 9 cars in front of us. We were completely trapped and could not leave. Eventually, someone got out of their car and lifted the parking arm so cars could finally leave. We will never park here again.

If I park here again, you should shoot me. I ran a 10-minute errand at McKinney's. The kiosk wouldn't scan my ticket (and no one answered the help line). When it finally worked, I was over the 15-minutes free time and charged $4. "Scam" isn't the 4-letter word I'd use, but it's a start.

When we arrived, two people were working on the time stamp ticket machine. They used their card to open the gate. So no ticket. Promised someone would be there to let us out. Came back to the car and pulled up to the booth. No one there. Multiple cars behind us are also trapped. No phone number anywhere. Called city hall and they gave me the wrong phone number. Utterly ridiculous. Trapped for 25 minutes until someone remotely opened the swinging arm. Almost called 911.

Parking in general in Decatur is ridiculous. Twice now my parking has cost more than my meal. Decatur has now dropped from one of our favorite places to go specifically because of the parking.

The gate was open. It wouldn't give a ticket. When we exited they refused to do anything except charge for the maximum lost ticket charge. The person answering the phone can't do anything for you. Don't park here. If you must, make sure that you get a ticket even if they gate is open.

I parked in this lot on 9/16/17. The sign at the entrance said it cost $5 for 1-3 hours. I was parked there for one hour and 45 minutes and was charged $10. Double the advertised rate. Find somewhere else to park. This place s not honest.

Really Bad experience. Its written at entrance area that for 1 hr Parking is free. On Sunday i got 3 mins late and i had to pay $10 which is too much for 1hr 3 mins. I will never ever advice anyone to park here.

Please park anywhere else but this deck so maybe it gets management/owners in tune with this century. Seriously. Cash only? What kind of low rent shite is this? **This is the only time in my life I've felt moved enough to post a review of a parking deck**

Advertised rate was $4 for 15mins- 1 hour. Went to leave and the charge was $12...called the help line and was given no help. Dishonest pricing.

Parking manager Anne is absolutely unprofessional, loud, gangster, ghetto, & low life.
