Current car buyer here. The staff there like Ms Jackie and Ms Stephanie are very professional and always have a positive attitude! They're very understandable and always find a way to work things out with you in case you can't make your car payment on time. Whenever I need to get my vehicle repaired Mr Stew is the guy that helps you out with a payment plan. The mechanic workers there are very trustworthy and friendly. I would recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle here.

I have gotten three cars from them since 2011. I am thankful for the staff past and present (RIP LEE) for being honest open and understanding especially when i couldn’t make my ends meet, the team always worked together collectively to sprinkle their blessings *yes even after a repo they help you*. Pick your own car at your discretion and make sure they know about any issues after the test drive because they are willing to fix it. They have a mechanic in the back lot that provides every need for the cars ESPECIALLY 5 DOLLAR OIL CHANGES. I gained two titles, one in February, and would definitely recommend them compared to other by here pay lots. Ms. Jackie, Stephanie, Dave old and new, thank you foreal. Especially during a pandemic. Keep it all the way real with them and discuss any hardships that arise for the best honest relationship between customer and owner.

When everyone wanted me to give up a high downpayment due to my credit score, Sterling immediately got me in a car. I sent everything over while I was at work; once I got off with an hour before they closed, I test drove a car and signed the contract. Ask for them to assist you with your car interests and needs. My visit was very smooth, and I felt as if everyone made sure I was completely satisfied and happy. Yes I did drive off the lot in my new car and smiling from ear to ear.

This was the best experience ever dealing with a car lot or auto sales. The sales guys and lady are wonderful. They all make you feel like u are at home. Matter of fact I just had a birthday and I got a text wishing me a happy birthday, my day lit up I didn't think they remembered. The cars are great, when Sterling tell you they are gonna do something their word is their bond, doesn't get no better then that. I will always deal with this car lot. They helped me when no one else would.

I have had my car for over a year. I have never had any issues, they worked with my down payment & my monthly payment. My loan is for a little over 2 years which is perfect. This is the best experience that I have had financing. Make sure you have your VALID check stubs, utility bill, insurance, & references. I was in there forever but they had tons of customers so I was fine with that. Everyone was so nice. Tam is always such a sweetie & makes everything so easy.
