When I found out a restaurant serving vegan soul food had opened up in Lilburn—I was both in disbelief and overjoyed!

So far, I've tried the vegan macaroni & cheese (my favorite), veggie steak & gravy over rice w/ cabbage, the cornbread, vegan chick-n-nuggets & the saucy fries.

Everything was wonderful both times and the people are very kind & helpful. Will be back many more times for sure!

This food is amazing!! My husband and I were looking for a local spot to eat and we are glad we chose it. We both ordered the fried chicken with cornbread, I had cabbage, corn and okra and he had the collard greens and Mac and cheese. I have to be honest this is the best fried chicken I had in a long time! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, juicy and hot..I was sad when I ate the last piece! Our sides were good also I especially loved the cabbage. We will definitely be back for more!

Great vegetarian /vegan options.
My wife and I found this place online. It's a small local family-owned business. The chef was the one who took our order. They have a lot of vegan /vegetarian options, especially for a soul food place. My wife and I shared the veggie steak and gravy and the daily special vegan BBQ beef tips. The food was excellent. It came out a little slow, but that is because it was cooked fresh and that just takes a little longer. The decor wasn't anything fancy, just a few booths and a counter. But the quality of the food more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something new in the vegetarian world.

My family and I just left this place... and we are literally blown away! The service was amazing! We were greeted well and the gentleman that took our our was very polite. The food is AMAZING! We ended up getting 2 fish dinners (2 pieces) with mac and cheese, and collard greens, 1 chicken dinner (2 piece) with mac and cheese and candied yams. Each dinner came with cornbread. We also got banana pudding and vegan lemon cake... I’m typing this review stuffed and highly satisfied. The only thing is that you will be addicted and you cannot eat this food on a regular basis- the pounds will jump on you quick (lol). This place is highly recommended!!! Enjoy!!!

The fish was seasoned so good. The cabbage and yams tasted so good. I have never ate at a place and got back to hotel and call back to see when the greens and Mac and cheese and baked chicken was done so I can place multiple orders. My family loves this place. Strongly recommend 😋

I would have friends come from Cali and Texas and we would ALWAYS come here. Love isn't the only word .I used to eat here at least once a week lol the fish, vegan honey mustard, vegan mac and desserts... the family that runs this place are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I've been checking for awhile now to see if they've reopened...PLEASE come back!!

I'm sure everything on their menu is awesome but my daughter and i go here for their vegan menu. We have yet to have a bite of anything that wasn't delicious! The owners are super nice folks too. Don't let the small size fool you. This place packs a big, flavorful punch!!

My wife & I have been looking for vegan soul food and typically travel to midtown in the yuppy areas where the places are always pavked, but the food is meh. This place is not pretentious and is small and tucked in a Plaza that we pass all the time. I would have never known. I'm glad we stopped! The owner is very personable and pleasant. We ordered the vegan plates w/reg mac n cheese. The greens were tender and served in a big heaping portion! Gratitude! The mac n cheese was good and cheesy! The yams were so candied! And the French green beans were good! Large amounts for a reasonable price. *plus you can taste the love in everything. You guys are EVERYTHING! BLACK OWNED & OPERATED! Love & light

I'm so glad I found out about this great restaurant. The food is great. Made to order meals and well seasoned. Great portions and you can tell its fresh. Definitely will be here again soon.

I will definitely say I found this place on a Google search..I'm glad I did, This place is a little hidden 💎. I was rushing so I couldn't wait on the cook to order so I got what was ready. The food was good and the customer service was excellent. I wanted the mac & cheese but it wasn't ready..The bake chicken, rice, cabbage string beans werr good..My Husband said we will definitely go back..The lemon cake was good too..

The food tastes pretty good, it definitely has more potential. I got the corn, mac and cheese, fried chicken( needs a little more flavor) fish. I recommend this place. Saying this based on a reaction of nine people.

I ordered fried chicken, black beans & collards. The black-beans were OMG! Brother need to take this show on the road. I'm originally from GA but now live in NJ. The food was excellent. I try hard to solicit African-American businesses when I'm home and abroad. This brother got some serious skills. Real talk. I will come again, brother. I wish you much success.

They have a delicious vegan menu with all the classics: banana pudding, fried chick'n, Mac & cheeze. Wish they would serve dine-in meals on plates instead of in styrofoam but oh well. The food is amazing!

Love that there is a vegan restaurant right around the corner. Everything I have tried is amazing. Try the vegan chicken and waffles or the fried tofu sandwich. You will not be disappointed. I do suggest calling ahead because everything is cooked to order.

Their vegan food is excellent. I have had their veggies burger with sweet potato fries and its was excellent. I have had their fried tofu and the fried tofu sandwich. with food like this it is easy to make the switch to vegan

Omg! I just went here like ..I’m literally eating as I type. This place is amazing!!! They have a menu full of options. I got their vegan mac, greens, and stuffing. All of it was amazing! So happy I came here

Ate there twice this week, the food is amazing. Had 4 things from there so far all amazing double cheese burger, friend chicken, gyro, Mac&cheese.

Highly recommend this place.

MashAllah the food was hot and very tasty. My favorite were the yams and corn bread. If we had awesome vegan restaurants like this in Huntsville Alabama it woukd be great.

Great place to eat. Meat eaters and vegans has many options. I'm vegan and they have a vegan chicken that is ridiculously good. I've have it already 3 times. Must try If your vegan.
