I was referred to Home Defense Plumbing through my home warranty to have water heater replaced. I got the approval for the replacement in the morning and 2 hours later, they called me to inform that the new one is ready for pick up and they can install it in the same day. So Dustin came out and did a great job. It was a long day since my new water heater needed some modifications. He was done very late but still very friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Dustin.

Adrian saved the day and possibly my marriage. Our water heater went out on my wife's birthday which was a Wednesday. Luckily I was home cooking her a BD dinner or my whole garage would have flooded. I called Choice Home Warranty who referred me to Home Defense Plumbing. Adrian came out on Thursday and inspected my water heated and determined that it was not repairable but needed to be replaced. Andrian and I worked/spoke to Choice Home Warranty and to my surprise they approved the replacement of a new water heater. Although, nothing is fast and simple with warranty companies. They indicated that they would need to ship a water heater from NJ to GA and the earliest they would be able to ship would be Monday. My wife was already freaken out b/c we were on day two of no hot water and have two pre-teens. Bottom line - Adrian understood and emphasized our situation and made arrangements to make sure we had a new water heater on Saturday morning. Adrian went above and beyond and our family is very grateful and he has earned a loyal client.

Our hot water went out last night. After a panicked text at 9pm (followed by an immediate response), Adrian had our issue diagnosed and resolved before the kids got home from school today. Great customer service and communication! Thank you!!!

I had what I thought was going to be an easy fix. Surprise! Our technician, Daniel, worked and worked and worked until he was finally able to resolve the issue hours later. We had super fast service. Jesse was professional, really understood our problems and worked it all out for the price he quoted. It took him 2 days but his attitude was awesome. He was very personable AND even replanted our 40 yr old Nandinas we thought were going to be lost forever. They dispatched Comtrell who was very polite and knowledgeable about detecting where the leak was coming from. He gave me the piece number as Moen replaces the item free.
