Fabulous department store!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! They have high quality clothes!!! Love this place!!

I LOVE Dillards!! The customer service I received was outstanding! A representative name DANNY in the jewelry department was the BEST! Not only did he help complete my outfit that I purchased by adding accessories, but I expressed to him I needed some heels as well. He was so excited to help! I asked could I try on some heels and he went to the back and got the heels I wanted PLUS 3 other options as well!! I left the store a very happy customer! Glory to God! Thanks Danny

Staff was very friendly and helpful! My friend found an outfit to wear to her granddaughter's wedding, and I found an outfit to wear to rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. I will definitely go back there to shop.

The store wasn't super busy when we were there, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly, especially the lady working in the Juniors department.

My "go to" for EVERYTHING!!! Clean, the staff is friendly, the music is nice, just an all around great atmosphere.

The only store that had the style hat we were looking for. The employees were super nice and helpful.

Always expensive! Always find what I'm looking for. I needed a red dress 💃. Found the perfect fit for $127.00. Had to buy it!

This is one of the finer stores left in the Albany Mall, which is about to become an indoor flea market in my opinion. Dillard's has and always will be a 1st class act in the retail game, offering top shelf merchandise and their policies seem to be in favor of the customer rather than the retailer. Always a pleasure to go shopping at Dillard's!!!!

MISS ROSALIE was the best fitter and cashier i’ve ever met at this store. i hope she gets the recognition she deserves, she’s a very wonderful woman. i love miss rosalie. that’s all thank you ❤

The store is well laid out and sparkling clean. We had to search for a checkout clerk, the store was not a bit busy so they had a small crew on duty. But the clerk's who were there were all very amenable. They let us pay for clothing at the make-up cash register to make it easier for us. They were all cheerful and helpful.

It was absolutely a pleasure and I did not even get the gentleman named the help me but he was awesome I came for some perfume and found exactly what I wanted and also left with some samples I'm from Fort Lauderdale and this customer service was amazing

found daughter bra bought it found out it didn't have padding Spent 30 something dollars and I believe since I was a .an buying for my daughter they could have been a little helpful on asking is this what she needs but nobody asked just is this all you that'll be 30 something dollars here's your change thank you thats it no do you need help making the right choice for whoever you're buying it for cause obviously I'm a big man and wouldn't need one

All of the people working in the store are very nice, friendly, and very helpful. I really love the store and I also love shopping there as well.

Good customer service

We were in Albany visiting family!! We love shopping at Dillard's. Bought school clothes for our two granddaughter's. The lady in the department was wonderful!! The young man in housewares was very helpful.My daughter bought a Hobo billfold.Until next visit!!
