Ms Tracy did a wonderful job taking care of me. She help me pick out the right shoe for my job and even got me signed up for points so I could get a discount on future visits. I definitely will be returning.

The staff here are awesome. It's obvious they have a great comroterie & leadership as they work very well together. One worker even asked,"Are you coming in for the sale tomorrow?" Whaat? Yes! And, she even told us before we paid, so we were able to come back the following day for purchases!!

I had a great experience with the cashier so polite and helpful. she went above and beyond her job! Every-time we come in she's always working, I think she definitely deserves a raise for her dedication and hard work! Keep up the good work Olivia!!

We love shoe station! We were told by a friend to come check out this place in Albany for the best shoes in town. They were right! We used the code to text in to get rewards and they had several shoes in stock that worth our size and preference. Men women and kids can all find the shoes they're looking for including hey dude!

Staff is always friendly and ready to assist you when you come in. Davion is a great sales rep and very knowledgeable of the different shoes and styles available. He is also knowledgeable and ready to inform customers of sales and coupons that are available and he is very helpful finding what you are looking for. Great experience every time I shop at my Shoe Station!

Service was fine. I really liked the selection of shoes the store has. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Extremely too hot in the store. But I will shop at Shoe Station again.

I love going to Shoe Station. They are very organized and make you feel welcome when you walk into the store. Consumer service is very good especially Kateria she very helpful and always have a smile on her face. But I would recommend my family and friends to visit the store.

Visited this store while I was in Albany visiting family. They have a great selection, something for everyone in our family! The employees were friendly and on task. Sarah was a huge help and went above and beyond to be sure our needs were met. I will definitley go back the next time we are over there.

Nice selection of footwear. We were hit by a tornado January 22, 2017 and I lost all my shoes. Luckily, I wear the same size as my husband so I was able to wear a pair of his sneakers until I visited Shoe Station and purchased 4 pairs for under $100.00.

I went to the store to find some sandals and I was having a difficult time finding my size in the style. So I ask the sale associate Ramona to assist me in finding some shoes. Ramona was able to find me two pair that I loved! After helping me with my purchase, Ramona help me text and get my 15% coupon. Then, I went to the register to check out only to find out that my shoes were on sale , buy one, get one 50% off! I was happier than a fresh pig in some hot mud! Kudos to Ramona and the cashier that helped me on today!!!

We wasn’t in the store 30 seconds and a salesman approached my grandmother and I. He asked if we needed any assistance and walked us over to the boots we were looking for. He returned swiftly to see if we found our sizes ok. He offered to carry our selection to the counter and we picked up another pair as we walked to the front. He is a very helpful and polite salesman. Thanks for your prompt service Davion!!

Showed up late with only 20 minutes left and the staff was super friendly without rushing us out! Great prices that can't be beaten. I'll definitely shop there again!

I had an amazing experience at the shoe station in Albany Georgia, My buddy Davion been telling me to come because of they great deals they had. I finally came in and was extremely happy when I left. Davion help me find exactly what I was looking for and made my day 10 timesbetter. All employees were nice so I know they are under great management. Each time I visit this store there is a warm welcome in the the atmosphere. The let's me know they are there to help without hovering over me while I browse. If I need anything someone is ready to assist me. I've had nothing but great experiences at this store.

The store is under new management and you can definitely tell. The store is well organized and stocked and the customer service is excellent. The manager Traci, always go above and beyond in making sure customers are helped and leave the store with what they need. I would recommend this store to my family and friends!

Great place to shop, prices and deals are amazing, so hard to choose from the many selections. Place looks real nice on the inside with the new fixtures and settings. New manager is a very sweet lady and goes above and beyond with customer service.
