Pearly's Famous Country Cooking

I talked to a local at my hotel who said this place is a good place to try because I was looking for local restaurants. I ordered a biscuits and gravy and egg, grits, and bacon bowl. I’m on the hunt for the best biscuits and gravy. I’m really impressed with these biscuits and gravy. Chucks of sausage, gravy season, does a a bit of floury taste, very subtle which is really good because it’s hard. The price was great for them. I have no complaints. So far, ranking high for me. The bowl is what you can make at home. Nothing special. I would come back. Not truck friendly. If you came early morning and grabbed it and went, you could, but that’s it. No parking for semi tractors. I had a rental, so I went. Uber eats or take a Lyft would be great.

This was truly a great place to eat. Everyone was exceptionally nice. Customer service was above board. The food was amazing.

Busy country diner with lots of dine-in and drive-thru customers. There is a reason: THE FOOD IS GREAT! I had perfect grits, tasty smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, and tater tots. Cousins had chicken tenders and French toast sticks, veggie omelet, pancakes, bacon and more grits. Y'all!!! Please support Pearly's if you are passing thru Albany, GA. You will not be disappointed. I'm trying to figure out how to eat here the next 2 mornings while still in town. 😆

I was really impressed with how good everything was and you could tell food would be good because this place was packed from the drive-thru and in the store. Service is very good there, too, and they actually helped me out with a difficult order, so nothing but respect also

Drive-thru-only is over. I ate breakfast inside and really enjoyed it. Generous portions and the sausage patties were large and excellent. The place was very busy but service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend when you’re in Albany.

THE BEST FOOD. They give you your moneys worth!! Their breakfast is one of the best in town! Service is fast, food comes out quick! Don’t skip out on Pearlys!

Always a good experience. If you haven't been here yet, you must try it! It's country cooking with a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is always working so hard and good together to get food out inside dinning and the drive through. The food is always good, whether it's breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually get a meat tray, which has a meat, two sides, bread, and a drink. It is a place that has much character to it for sure.

Sometimes parking is difficult to find but there is another parking area across the street from the business that has more availability.

The hours are a little different-5:45-2:00 daily
Closed on Sundays .

My first time coming here in a while. The food and service were outstanding!!

Albany, GA. Where I work in the healthcare field. My coworker (Monica) and I was getting off. She was very hungry and decide to treat. I use to eat here at Pearlys but it's been a while. As we entered the parking lot, which was clean, I could tell it was very packed inside. Drive thur line was long and barely a place to park. We entered the location and it was full to capacity. I order a bacon breakfast bowl. This bowl contains grits, eggs, cheese, and of course bacon. We was seated. Table was very clean and our food was ready within minutes. I added some salt and pepper and butter to my bowl. The food was splendid and very good, hot and fresh. Monica gave one of her pancakes and I added pecan syrup on it along with sum butter. Best pancake I have ever had. Customer service was very good from the time I entered to the time I left. The price was very inexpensive. I had an awesome time. Great and extremely impressive service by the waiters and waitresses.

OMG this place is amazing it's like great grandma food meets culinary. Meaning food is so good and flavorfull all the way down to the grits everything is so good and so well presented service is so friendly and attentive.

I don’t know what kind of drugs that you put in this food but it is absolutely the BEST BREAKFAST ever. Tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago and I’ve been back Atleast 3 times a week since then

Everything was great, everyone greeted each other, the manager stopped at every table to be sure all was well. Will diffently go there again

I've always eaten here. But I've seen a change in customer service. I want to thank the management, cooks, and cashiers. They took good care of me. I will be back. And if you receive something not to your liking, let them know and they will fix it. They parking is limited but the owner is out there directing the traffic and getting us in and out as fast as they can.

Wow! It better than the reviews hint at. A perfect stop in Albany for breakfast.
