Purchased our Envista ST yesterday from Delmar (Dale) McDaniel at Prince.
The team at Prince was amazing! Delmar worked with me from the first call to keys in hand. He ensured I received quick communication and updates on my vehicle while it was in transit.
I arrived with a check from my bank, paperwork was 100% ready to go and no pushy extra fees. Freaking fantastic turn around once I arrived.
I have never had a better experience buying an auto from a dealership and will make it a point to shop here in the future.

Perfect experience dealing with the team at the Prince Albany location. Miles worked to find out exactly the features I wanted/needed and made it happen overall. With current market conditions, this isn’t the easiest task. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services provided. Overall, I visited over a dozen dealerships, but ultimately decided this was the route to go. I did have a small issue with my tag expiration date, but Teri took care of it immediately. I highly recommend Miles and Prince Albany. They are customer focused, prompt, and helpful which made this purchase easy. Thanks again and I am loving my truck!

I was little nervous going to the dealership because I had run into some issues a while back where I would schedule an appointment and when I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment down this happened to me three consecutive times. I didn’t need for that to happen this time because I was trying to get my car ready for a road trip the next day. I had absolutely no problem. My car was ready in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent. I was told I needed some other work done, so I’m scheduled to take my car in next Friday for that.

I had a bad experience with a certain dealer in Albany, GA, but the moment I took a step into Prince Auto of Albany, It was just a HUGE breath of fresh air. It reminded me that the process of buying a car should not be stressful. I was met at the door by a Mr. Riley Saia who was easily the best car salesman I’ve dealt with in my time of buying cars. He was educated on what he was selling no matter what vehicle we looked at. Due to Mr. Saia, and the entire team at Prince Auto in Albany, GA, I purchased a vehicle and will gladly and strongly recommend this dealership as well as Mr. Saia for future purchases to anyone.

I called last minute to schedule an oil change before leaving to go on vacation. They told me to come on in! Not only was my 1st oil change AND service FREE, Everyone was very nice , professional and friendly. They allowed me to use a loaner while my service was being done. Grade A Service. I recommend everyone to Prince Chevrolet of Albany.

I think Mr. David did an outstanding job on hearing what I wanted and not only that just the fact how much work he put into finding the new 2024 chevy trax for me, I waited almost 4 months for this car cause I wanted a specific color and he definitely delivered that. Aubrey the GM, is a very honest and patient leader. Aubrey is very thorough in explaining details on our vehicle. Nick, in the Mechanic is top notch, very knowledgeable about our Chevy Pick up and if he didn'tknow something, he would enlist the Engineers. Maye is amazing at Customer Service and she took me home 1 time. Grant is also an amazing CSR, easy to talk to, listens to your concerns. Craig drove me back home several times, sweetest man ever. This team right here, 5 stars!! They all have been very attentive to my family while our 2023 Chevy Silverado High Country has been in their care. Highly recommend them.
