Books-A-Million

Came in looking for something in particular, but unfortunately this location didn't have the book in stock. Gann recommended several great books and authors I might be interested. He walked me to the product and was very friendly! Any time I look troubled, he was ready to assist! Thank you, Gann!!!

This is more than a book store. You could get stuff animals and Funko Pops and all sorts of fun things. And staff is very helpful. If you are looking for a certain book and can't find it a staff member would help you find it. Very awesome store.

I spent about an hour here looking at their books and got $68 worth of books. I could spend so much more and the clerk was so nice. He hyped up the books my friend and I got.

Got a few activity books for the kiddos to use on the car. Always looking for other options instead of them being on their devices! Great selection, good customer service!

I love that books are still available. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding the books we were looking for. We even signed up for the membership!!! Most definitely worth it!!!

With a coffee shop inside and chairs and couches peppered about, the book options are endless and well organized.

I could live here! I hope they never go out of business. This is the only place, in our town that tries to accommodate children. It would be nice if they could add a larger play area.

Employees seem pretty friendly here. They actually smile when talking to you. Have some books worth reading/ owning and a nice selection of magazines.

Helpful and friendly staff. I always enjoy just browsing to see what they have. Books, games, journaling supplies, and a few novelties. And a good coffee bar to boot!

They have soo many choices and so much cool stuff

Definitely one of my favorite places on Earth. The staff is very helpful if there's something you have a hard time finding. On one occasion, the staff member took it upon herself found a book for me that was in the wrong section (you can imagine how much time and effort that took that poor worker). Joe Mugs is a welcomed bonus! (Every so often, they give out free samples.)

Always has the best newest books and if they don't they will order what you are looking for and have older books too, also games, knicknacks, friendly workers

Like stepping back to the 90's and loving every minute! From the Joe coffee to the calendars this store will bring back memories! Ah the days before Amazon! Experience books the way they were made to be read. In person. Holding them. Smelling them then picking just the right one to bring home!

Love the selection and always like to look at the bargain books. The addition of used books is a plus as I get gently used books at a much lower price. The people are always friendly. The discount card is worth the money since you can use on all purchases.

This was my first time in bam. There's was friendly as soon as I walked in the store. I felt so relieved to find such excellent customer service in albany, ga. She was very helpful and offered me help as well as trying to sell other books I might like but not in an obnoxious way. This was my best shopping trip since I have been here. I would give them 10 stars!
