Kohl's

i felt like everyone in this store was working for commission. Everyone was helpful and nice. Everyone wanted to help me find something. I feel bad I didn't have enough money to spend cause i sure would have let everyone assist me with something. I hope they get some mobile carts soon because i didn't make it past the front my back be hurting and i done got spoiled with online shopping and pick-up/delivery since the pandemic. I don't have the stamina and endurance i used to.

The associates welcomed me in the store as soon as I walked through the door. I have been shopping in Kohls for a very long time. My first experience with shopping in Kohls was when I lived in West Chester, PA. I was so happy when the store was brought to Albany. I am forever shopper.

I was greeted by an associate with a very bright smile, got my Items and although only one shopper was before me, Ms. Rasheeda opened her register and gave me a great service experience which is very rare in this area. She had that bright smile that she had when I arrive as well as while checking out my purchases. Now, KOHLS is my place to shop. Thank you Ms Rasheedah for making my day!

The associates are always friendly upon my arrival and throughout the whole store no matter what department I am in. Checkout is quick with minimal wait time. I go in happy and leave satisfied. Thank you, Kohl's.

This store location is smaller than usual, yet still has a great selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful with making sure we got our discounts. It is totally worth it to utilize the kohl's reward coupons that can be up to 40% off of entire purchase, $5 promotional flyers in the mail plus kohl's cash/rewards that are earned along the way. The store sells a higher end, good quality merchandise as well. Will be returning in the future!

Visiting from out of town, I had a very positive experience at this location with a Kohls-Sephora employee, Latica. I have rosacea and sensitive skin and came in to explore clean spf beauty products. Latica's confidence and knowledge in the products I asked about helped me feel at ease to test them. She was professional, kind, relatable, and patient as I was nervous and had a 5 year old with me. She color matched the Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint to my skin tone beautifully! I left feeling optimistic with a few samples so I can test the product over the course of a few days. Wonderful employee! Thank you!

GREAT place to shop. Only downside was clothing sections are too crunched together making it hard to look through the hanging merchandise. Friendly staff.
