Love ❤ the turkey bacon ranch without the bacon!!!!! My first time at a Fire House sub was in Savannah Ga this weekend with my family. I loved it!! I had to have another one today. This is the BEST sub place I’ve ever had!!! I will only have subs from now on from here.

I was debating between Firehouse and the burger spot next door when Darryl invited me in to Firehouse. I’d never been here before so I asked what he liked and he suggested the Hook and Ladder which was so good. I’ve been back twice for a sub since. Darryl was so friendly and inviting.

I ABSOLUTELY love this Firehouse Subs!!!! They have quick and friendly service. Darryl is amazing and greets everyone with a smile. Food is always fresh. My favorite location by far.

Great customer service! I walked in at 9:01pm not realizing the store closed at 9pm. I was expecting to be asked to leave, but the gentlemen (Eugene and Demetri) were very friendly and didn't mind making that last sandwich and also helping me understand how to use my reward points, very patient. I ordered the fully loaded Engineer, it was delicious!

Update to my review. Kudos to McKinzey! I let her know I lost my earpiece while visiting, she promised she'll look for it and call me if she found it. She found it and called me. I was grateful for her kindness.

AMAZING NEW CHANGES!! I loved my visit here after not eating here for years. It is SO CLEAN, ORGANIZED, very fast and I was provided with amazing customer service. If you had any doubts before about this location, stop in, and visit for the new changes, and NEW MANAGMENT along with staff! I promise you won't regret it! Tell them Nic sent you :)

I'm a Firehouse Sub fan. I like their lineup of subs, with my favorites being the NY Steamer (pastrami and corned beef - yum!) and the meatball sub. The reason for the 5 star rating is the service: I requested to watch something on one of the TVs there and the guys there hunted down the remote and tuned me in. I realize that it didn't sound like much, but they were busy but still provided excellent customer service to everyone as well.
The guys there were very respectful and gracious, all the while whipping up a great sandwich. I felt very welcome and comfortable there in their store.

I loved the food. It was really good. Customer service was great. The workers were friendly and my food came out quickly. Best experience I’ve ever had in a fast food establishment, I will most definitely be coming again.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. All the toppings are always fresh here unlike other locations. Management doing a good job and it shows. I eat here every time I visit my cousins out this way and I'm glad I stumbled upon it!

My wife's favorite sub sandwich (of all restaurants) is Firehouse Subs 'Italian Sub'. This particular location does a nice job and has been very consistent regarding getting the order correct, etc. The Staff are pleasant and efficient. Their subs are a bit pricey - but we feel the quality makes up for it. Their selection of hot sauces is pretty impressive...never seen a restaurant do that before. Give them a try!

I have been a regular at the Tucker location for well over a year. I've watched this place make a lot of positive changes over the past months. Had a bad experience with the app last night and didn't get what I ordered.
Called customer service and the VERY NEXT MORNING the GM called me , apologized, and took full responsibility for everything - even though it was partly my fault. If you haven't been here in a while it's time to come back.

My first experience at firehouse subs was awesome, I had the hook and ladder without the tomatoe; but I ask to add banana peppers and it was amazing. Oh and I had it on wheat bread. It was amazing. The manager is a good person and believes in good customer service and I hope that a few bad reviews, won't stop some of you; that haven't been to firehouse subs make you not wanna eat there. The way they prepare the sandwich was pretty fast to me, the wait wasn't long at all.

The food is amazing but the friendliness of the staff is better. I recommend this location to all my friends and family. Even when they are busy they never make it seem like they are rushing you or that your business is not appreciated.

They have a bunch of cool hot sauces, decent and good sandwiches. I have never had a Firehouse sub before but I really enjoyed both of my turkey and chicken subs.The food is definitely better compared to other subs chains.
