As someone with dental anxiety... Dr. Gold and her team are so understanding and kind. They never make me feel judged or bad about it. I am so happy to go here knowing whatever I need done, they will help me feel comfortable during my visit. Thank you Dr. Gold and team!

My experience was excellent from the moment I entered the office. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. Wait time was minimal. The hygienist was very professional, informative and involved, she
was proficient in her activities. Dr Gold was her usual friendly and professional self. I would expect nothing less. Overall, my time in the office was exceptional.

Been going here for awhile and they provided me with knowledge to improve my dental hygiene and set me up for success! I had an emergency today where they scheduled me in quick— I was in a TON of discomfort, had a kernel stuck in my gums, and they fished it out fast. I’m very grateful. The staff are always very friendly and you can tell they love what they do and the people they service, and listen to your concerns. Won’t go anywhere else!

When my dentist of 36 years retired I decided to try Total Dentistry in Cold Spring because it was close. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Gold and her staff. They are extremely professional and are using the latest in in dental technology. I no longer have fear or anxiety of going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Gold.

I went to the office today for a cleaning. Melissa did an excellent job and answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. This is the most advanced Dentistry office that I have ever been to!

I saw Katie Beck while there. She took a great deal of time and effort to explain everything that was going on and gave me some great recommendations for future dental health. She was outstanding!

Went in for a routine cleaning. Katie, the dental assistant, is wonderful. She is very patient, thorough, & complimentary. She actually makes going to the dentist fun!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Katie and Dr Gold are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable

Dentists are typically not review worthy... Rachel Gold and her team definitely are! I've been coming to this dentist office for nearly 10 years and never had a poor experience. Not only are the staff kind and knowledgeable, they genuine care about their clients.

Katie is my hygienist and honestly I love seeing her! She's personable and so informative about what's happening and why rather than "Let's clean your teeth. Do better next time. Blah blah flossing..." I don't feel judged or shamed here! Katie has educated me to be proactive about my gum recession. Dr. Rachel Gold is kind and helpful if you have questions or concerns!!

They are using a new technology instead of the traditional cleaning we've got at other dentists. I'll compare it to power washing your teeth. (Sounds horrible, right?! WRONG.) MY TEETH HAVE NEVER FELT SMOOTHER AND CLEANER. I kinda wish I could go every month and have this treatment done because of how silky smooth and clean my teeth feel!!!!!! Of course, you might get a little bit of a facial during the experience, but it is worth it!! I promise!

I drive from Florence/Union area (an unnecessary 30+ min drive) to keep coming here because the experience and patient care is unmatched. This team is awesome!

Always Profession, friendly, customer oriented, provides excellent care with instructions. The office staff seem to like their jobs and always have smile.

Once again, the staff at Dr. Gold Dentistry exceeded every expectation for a routine cleaning. As soon as I walked in, Murphy at the front desk asked if my wife had our first baby. She either has the memory of an elephant or must keep really good notes on clients, because I had way too just fun at wicked raves in college to remember the details of a conversation that was held six months ago. I was happy to share the many photos of my fresh babes in the cutest newborn outfits and bows upon her request. Then my tech, let’s call her Angel, (again, because I ingested too many Schedule 1 party favors during my twenties and can’t remember her name) performed a thorough cleaning of my pearly whites using what felt like angelic clouds of cleanliness. She even referred me to a sleep study since my upper mandible indicated that I snore like an old bear. They are concerned with not just ones’ dental health, but entire health as a whole. Dr. Gold then completed my visit with an inspection and a smile. She too saw pictures of my sweet newborn babes in her cute snail onesy and white head bow. In conclusion , if there was a dental category in the Olympics, Dr. Gold and her staff of good looking professionals would sweep every event by taking the Gold Medal!

Walking in the door for the first time, I instantly felt welcome as I was greeted with genuine smiles. My hygienist, Ashley, did a fantastic job! She was pleasant, careful and gentle, and took the time needed to explain everything she was doing. It was clear that she listened to my concerns, and she answered all of my questions.
Dr. Gold was professional, personable, and welcoming. Her confident and easy attitude put at ease immediately, and she made sure I understood all of her concerns and the plan for long-term care.
I cannot express how refreshing it was to be really well-cared for, and so warmly welcomed.
My highest recommendation is in order!
